Timing is wrong

The timing for the washing machines is wrong. It says my laundry is done and ready to remove but it still has over 20 minutes left.

My building just switched over to this company and their app and I’m so glad because I was always forgetting quarters and this makes my life so much easier.

Greedy embarrassing design or unintuitive poorly made slop

What a horrible way to grift your user base out of money by mandating they add funds in 20$ increments. Embarrassing behavior and a lazy uninspired mindset.

You seriously can’t integrate with Apple Pay? You’re a bunch of talentless hacks that I’m purely using the app because your garbage hardware is obtuse and frustrating to use.
