Stealing money
The app forces you to pay a minimum of $20 to use the machines. If you have a leftover balance when you’re moving out or no longer want to use them, they will not refund you. I’ve called two times and they say it’s processing, but it’s been almost one month and no refund received. AVOID!!

Lacks basic functionality, and I have to load 20 bucks at a minimum. I want to wash my laundry, not loan 20 bucks to a shady company for an extended period of time
Does the job
You don’t want to have to think too much about the app that lets you start the washing machines, and this app meets that standard. Every once in a while it’s incorrect about what machines are available or not, but otherwise it just works.

The app is very easy to use. Best thing about it is that it lets you know when your laundry is almost done.

(The case below was resolved. The app got in contact with me. Appreciated that. I would just suggest an easier way for them to be contacted. Sorry for the harsh words but was mad at the time.)
This is a scammer. You have no customer service! First of all minimum fund deposit is $20. I used first time ok. Than the second time the washing machine never started and couldn’t cancel. There is an option to send pre determined complaints. i sent it with the idea to be reimbursed the 3 dollars spent to wash. Next washing there was not enough money to dry because was not reimbursed and would have to deposit $20 more. WTF! I took all the wet clothes from the machine and walked to the closest Cleaning Service. I lost $3.00 and $2.00 kept in the fund so it’s $5.00 lost from $20.0. They stole

Easy
I was staying short-term in a building that uses this app in their laundry room. It was really easy to use. Initially, I was not happy that I had to load a minimum of $20 onto the app to do a single load of laundry during my trip, however, it was exceptionally easy to request a refund of the unused funds via email! The Magic Pass support team responded within an hour of my request for refund and the funds are automatically coming back to my credit card. Very happy with the resolution!

Much needed
Really happy my building switched to SEBCO. Having to remember quarters or my smart card was always a pain and I didn’t wanna have to always buy a new one !! and this makes the whole process so much easier.

Timing is wrong
The timing for the washing machines is wrong. It says my laundry is done and ready to remove but it still has over 20 minutes left.

What a horrible way to grift your user base out of money by mandating they add funds in 20$ increments. Embarrassing behavior and a lazy uninspired mindset.

Worst service application I ever had the displeasure of having to use
I have had multiple reoccurring issues with this application but to keep this review short I will write about the most recent issue where I have been trying to add funds to my account and they have been continuously declined, my bank’s customer service says they are approving the transactions on there end but MyMagicPass has been reversing the transactions, when I tried to reach out to MyMagicPass on the issue through email it failed to go trough and when I tried contacting there phone number the bot told me nobody could help me at this time and I was put on voicemail, I now have a basket full of laundry at my dorm that I am unable to do take to this app.
