I would love for the Munbyn to automatically detect which labels are installed. Also to have the option to choose round labels.

Works good but asks to update every time

Every single time I open the app to print not only does it give me an add which is annoying, whenever I go to upload a new label a pop up with update app comes up. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And I use the app daily so I know dang well there’s not an update everyday.

Make Multiple printing easy

Kindly update tour app and make selecti g mulitple images printing easy. Like any other thermal printer, i thought munbyn is more user friendly. But i can only print 1 image or lbel at a time unless i put all of the images together in pdf and print them. Its too much work. I bought munbyn thinkibg it will be as smooth as my previous printer but im disappointed for some like me that needs to print so much at a time but would take so much time printing different labes one at a time. I hope you get to see this and consider updating the app

Very difficult to use their software

Very difficult to use their software. Half of the time the sticker doesn't lineup correctly on the more expensive printer at that. Not very many choices for premade and you can't edit the premade designs with your own text. They definitely need to improve it or I'm gonna change to a different sticker printer.

For several months whenever the app is opened you first have to look at an ad. Whenever I hit the “skip” button it takes me to the next page when then goes dark and I cannot click on anything. The app has been updated several times since this started happening and it never gets fixed. They essentially make the app impossible to use if you don’t click on the ad

Worst app ever.

Every time I go to print a label it is not the correct size no matter how much I try to measure it up properly and align it, it prints on the shipping label paper too small. Which is wasting my labels! This shouldn’t take hours just to print one label! On top of that my munbyn printer is in great condition but everytime it goes through printer it gets stuck which creases my labels and I have to throw it away. Pls fix this munbyn. I’ve never wrote a review before but this is terrible I can’t even ship out one thing without having to use half the shipping labels to get it printed correctly.

May we check if you’re using official MUNBYN label rolls? Our printers undergo strict matching calibration tests with original MUNBYN consumables. Third-party non-MUNBYN labels often have inconsistent dimensions and thickness, which easily lead to undersized print outputs and paper jams with creased labels. Besides, could you please try resetting your printer and running the paper auto-calibration function first? For correct full-size printing without offset or shrinkage, the dimensions of your print template, digital file and physical label paper must all match exactly.
