Worst app ever.

Every time I go to print a label it is not the correct size no matter how much I try to measure it up properly and align it, it prints on the shipping label paper too small. Which is wasting my labels! This shouldn’t take hours just to print one label! On top of that my munbyn printer is in great condition but everytime it goes through printer it gets stuck which creases my labels and I have to throw it away. Pls fix this munbyn. I’ve never wrote a review before but this is terrible I can’t even ship out one thing without having to use half the shipping labels to get it printed correctly.

May we check if you’re using official MUNBYN label rolls? Our printers undergo strict matching calibration tests with original MUNBYN consumables. Third-party non-MUNBYN labels often have inconsistent dimensions and thickness, which easily lead to undersized print outputs and paper jams with creased labels. Besides, could you please try resetting your printer and running the paper auto-calibration function first? For correct full-size printing without offset or shrinkage, the dimensions of your print template, digital file and physical label paper must all match exactly. Okay, BUT ONE THING!

Why isn’t there a way for the app to automatically fill the size in for us? Having to crop each one is an annoyance I wasn’t expecting. It takes time and energy when it seems like it’d be the easiest of things to tweak, given the software we’re already using.

Get rid of the stupid pop ups

Why am I constantly forced to skip pop ups and ads? I’ve paid for the device. Let me use it. Horrid experience. Hardware is fine, app can go in the bin.

Very useful

I don’t write reviews often. When I first downloaded this about a year it felt very limited and I adopted to use libre office on my computer.(still great for bulk labels and copying data from places) but after an update I’ve been using the app more and more. A couple examples are that It now supports generating QR codes and barcodes right in the app and it’s not bloated. Recently some ai stuff was added that I probably won’t use but I’ve recently used to it to just create a barcode because it’s makes real ones that don’t have a stupid hidden url shortener. It had a large collection of templates. It lets you save stickers you have created or printed before. One “ai” thing I do use it the background remover tool. This app is useful, intuitive, and not confusing to navigate. It’s good.

We absolutely love our munbyn printer!!!! It’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! Designing labels is so much fun( I usually design with Canva) hen transfer to munbyn to print. The label print quality is tops and super fast!!!

Latest update broke it

Since the new update it now imports images as uncropped versions weirdly.

Also since the new update my printer is suddenly printing with huge blank white spaces

Stop updating the app when it worked fine before
