App doesn’t work
Tried to create an account. It just sits at a screen saying creating account. Closed the app and tried again and same thing.

Restaurants don’t know they’re on here
These guys advertise restaurants on their site that they don’t partner with. They use the logos and likeness of the restaurant to get you to order through them. Then they have their drivers call in the order with their name, never telling the restaurant they’re making themselves the middleman. Very questionable and shady. No ethics here.

App doesn’t even work
The app doesn’t even let you make an account or login. If this is how their bad app runs I can’t imagine how the actual service is

Tried to create an account…just sits there with loading/processing icon. Tried closing and opening again. Tried to login in case account creation worked and just got stuck…just sits there with “Logging in…” animation. Deleted app and reinstalled, same results. Tried again on cellular instead of on WiFi, same results. App doesn’t work.

When I try to log it it just says logging in and I waited 5 minutes and it diddnt even log me in terrible app don’t download postmates is an excellent option, they don’t over charge too much, have lots of free delivery perks, and you food arrives warm and on time and if it’s late, they give u some in app credit

HORRIBLE
Worst service ever, have had to call two times to ask when food is coming because app would not load. Ordered our food around 8:30pm and still have not received food at 9:30pm!
No refunds.
This is what they should be saying, no refunds what so ever. I called in to ask for a refund because I accidentally hit the next page button and it processed my order..The only reason why we didn’t want the order going through is because we decided to go somewhere else. Do not order from this delivery service. You will not get money back.

Terrible! Garbage!
Awful customer service. First time I ordered through them they confirmed my ordered took my money and yet the restaurant never got my order asked for my money back NEVER got it! Months later I decided to give it a try again and yet again they manage to screw my one dish order! Called their customer service number and then this foreign guy said they don’t handle deliveries and gave me a different number called that number and they said they didn’t handle deliveries either. Called back and forth 4 times! They kept pinning their mistakes on one another and finally my order got delivered 2 hrs later cold and spilt. Never again hope they go out of business soon and stop ripping people off! Stay clear of this delivery service they are garbage and so is their call service center can’t understand a word these ppl say. They still owe 60$ from three months ago.

I used to order from this app all the time. It was slightly expensive, but reliable. The price was expensive but it didn’t matter because that’s what happens when places don’t deliver and you only have one option. Recently though this app decided to have absolute terrible service. They’d either completely shut down or they’d decide to let you order and do nothing else. Multiple times I’ve ordered and have had to call in to stop my order because the delivery was automatically set for the next day or something else.
It doesn’t matter when or how you order. Either way you will get screwed over. Sometimes the app itself will way all the restaurants will be shut down (which they won’t be) or they’ll just give you an insane delivery time.
There are many apps that deliver food. We eats and Munchys are trash. Use anything else. They’ll be cheaper and they’ll have better service.

Super useful for satisfying the munchys
TERRIBLE SERVICE
The app itself was fine. I have been able to successfully order food before, it just has always been slower service and more expensive (they up-charge the prices in the app so a $9 sushi roll becomes $12). This last time however, the driver arrived outside the designated time slot (aka late) and had me sign for my food on his phone. This is also the first time I noticed this, but it asks for a confirmation of tip on the screen but it is actually an additional tip, so instead of $3 my driver who was late got $6. When I finally opened my food, it was not what I had ordered. I called the 800 number and got an out-source call to India. They answered promptly and I told them the issue. They said the driver most likely still had my food in the car and they would turn him around to get my food delivered. Sure enough, he arrived and took the wrong order away, saying that the restaurant gave him the wrong order and he would bring me the food ASAP. After another hour of waiting, I call the 800 number again and they seem shocked that my food hasn’t arrived and state they will talk to my driver. Finally, a new person arrives with my correct order, but I open it to find that the sushi (which is a fried roll) is cold and missing a butt end and the sesame balls are also missing a few from the order. It appears that this was the original sushi order, partially eaten and two hours old. I call the 800 number one last time to tell them that the food has arrived but is inedible and I want a refund. They inform me that the best they can do is give me $5 for my next order, which basically covers the delivery fee. I told them they lost a customer. I wanted to support this as a local delivery company, but this is the last straw and I will recommend to everyone else to avoid them as well.

So many ad notifications :(
I don’t want to get a notification Every Night that they’re open until 2AM, and now another one 1-2 times a day that they have a points system to earn rewards. I’d like to be able to have notifications on to get them about orders, but I’m tired of all the ads...
Munchy’s is not only fast, but correct
This was my first time with a “second hand” delivery service. My order wasn’t super complicated but it was from subway which we know makes an order a bit more complex. Not only did my food arrive fast, it also came in great condition and was correct. The service was quick and easy. Ill definitely be using munchys again!

Great service, terrible app
I have decided against using this service countless times after attempting to use the app and it crashing or messing up after spending the time to enter all the tedious information. One wrong number and you have to start over. Attempt to log-in with Facebook and it crashes completely after taking all the time to place the order. One example of the MANY problems I encounter every time. Very user unfriendly.

Beware!!!
In Corvallis OR food delivery is limited, so I’ve used them a few times. Their delivery people have been nice and so far on time, BUT they do not show the full restaurant menu, they charge more than the restaurant menu, they quote one delivery fee then after you check out you see a higher delivery charge AND a “non-cash processing fee” if you pay with a card. I don’t appreciate the deceptive business practices, so in the future this will be a “last resort” choice. To illustrate my point, the restaurant menu charges $32.35 for the food we ordered. Munchys charged us $48.10 for the food and delivery. That’s (if my math is correct) about a 33% charge for delivery, plus they want you to tip the delivery person. Total ripoff!

Maybe its just in my area, but what I noticed is that they are charging $1-2 dollars over menu price on items. Example: was going to order 5 Guys but thought the pricing seemed a bit high. If I walk into 5 Guys a bacon cheese burger is $8.09, the app and the website want to charge you $10.49 for the same burger.
