App is easy to follow, exercises are simple & from what I’ve seen so far, it’s effective if you’re consistent.

Okay

The app is okay. The voice is very robotic and uninspiring. The videos are very helpful. And you are able to alter the weight you are using.
They say they tailor the programme but I put what days I could workout and what days I couldn’t and the first day of the programme was a rest day when I’d put it as a workout day and the second day I’d said I couldn’t and it gave me a workout. Also there is no free trial offered and they won’t refund you even if you try to cancel within hours of signing up.
