What's New in MuscleDaddies

1.2.6

August 24, 2026

New in 1.2.6: RIVAL GHOST — Every Monday you start racing last week's you. He replays your own week day by day, so a big Thursday last week means a big Thursday to beat this week. Come out ahead by Sunday night and you take a draft token and a win streak. Tie or fall short and the streak resets. No squad required. SOLO CAMPAIGNS — Chapter-based story runs you can play on your own. Pick a real training plan — 5K, 10K, Half, Marathon, The Pillar of Strength, or The Gauntlet — choose your level, and work week by week against a rival MuscleDaddy who's training right alongside you. Finish one and the title is yours for good. CONTACT SPORTS HIT HARDER — Soccer and other stop-start sports were badly underpaying. A hard match now earns what it's worth and costs the recovery it should. The health numbers shown in your feed, your history, and your card all come from the same place now, so they finally agree. MY DADDY TAB FIX — Leaving the tab and coming back no longer dumps you on the Achievements screen. Plus assorted polish and layout fixes.

User reviews

Fun and Motivatiing

Not a big workout guy but love competing against my friends and seeing which characters I get to unlock and level up! Also not wanting to be last on the squad pushes me to at least put in some effort instead of just snacking and watching content.
