A little clumsy

Tracking process is weird. There are three values represented by the letters “M” “W” & “Y” and 1-10 but nowhere is there a key that tells you what those letters represent nor what the scale is.

You go through that once during an intro that is a little chaotic. Too many fonts. Hard to read fonts.

For ten dollars a month you’re paying for a YouTube channel essentially. Except it’s harder to use.

Excellent

This program has been super helpful in my daily recovery from severe mental illness

MuscleMusic

Fantastic app with helpful content…

MM

Muscle music is a lovely trauma informed curriculum that definitely changed the way I approach performing. I love that Ruby offers weekly coaching sessions in addition to the material available on the app. It is well worth the $5 a month.

Helping

So far this has been helping I think. I haven’t finished yet but it makes a lot of sense. It would be nice to be able to mark which videos in each class you’ve already finished. $5/mo is way cheaper than the full class on teachable. I may sign up for some individual coaching.
