Hab es jetzt zweimal erlebt, auch bei meiner Frau. Der als Probe Woche angegebene Zeitraum wird scheinbar übersprungen und das Konto wird direkt belastet.

Das Problem tut mir sehr leid Das Problem mit Tidal wurde in der letzten Version behoben Bitte aktualisieren Sie auf Version 3.4.536

Man tippt auf „1 Woche testen“ und schon bekommt man 50,- abgezogen, weil natürlich ich Plan oben weiterhin aktiviert bleibt. Vorsicht.

I am writing to formally dispute an unauthorized charge on my account. I signed up for what was clearly presented as a free one-week trial, yet I was immediately charged for an annual subscription — before I had even begun using the application.
This is unacceptable and, frankly, fraudulent. I never consented to an annual charge, and I expect a full refund to be processed immediately.
Furthermore, due to this deceptive billing practice, I have no interest in using your application at all. Please cancel my account and confirm the refund in writing.
I trust this matter will be resolved promptly. Should I not receive a satisfactory response, I will have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank and report this practice to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

Potential BUT not good enough for me to pay
It keeps logging me out of music services I’ve already logged into especially if you close the app and later open it again. Screen keeps freezing or turning black when trying to transfer playlists or when confirming log in into a music service. Sometimes you have to keep starting over. It will start transfer and say complete but then say error of some sort, I go to destination and it did not transfer anything.

Не советую связываться. Функционал абсолютно такой же как у любого из сотни телеграм ботов. Зато спишут 350 рублей даже за пробный период
