Can’t pay

It’s basically impossible to pay for anything both web and app. Apple Pay, PayPal, card nothing works just says failed and then makes you start the entire process again from scratch. Re enter ticket names every single time.

Never received my ticket

Booked a pantheon ticket in advance and the ticket never arrived. The payment process was already very confusing and unpleasant.

Worked well-ish

The app has been updated since the earlier reviews. It does have an English option which was easy to follow. I had issues with Apple Pay and PayPal and ended up using a credit card. There were some blips there too. Also, make sure you pick the correct date. Do not rely on the days of the week as depicted. They are incorrect. I purchased a ticket for Friday, and it was actually for Saturday.

Crasha spesso

Durante l’utilizzo dell’app in modalità “esplora” per ricercare siti musei tramite geolocalizzazione l’app crasha spesso. È fastidioso, fate qualcosa!!!

Hard to find translation in English

Considering English is the most common language, it’s astounding to experience the total lack of translation into English in this country… quite frankly this supports all the opinions of the arrogance that is experienced while traveling in Italy.

Sono stato al Pantheon recentemente e ho utilizzato l’APP sotto consiglio un amico e mi sono trovato benissimo.
Facile da usare e con tutte le informazioni necessarie.
Utile anche per saltare le file all’acquisto.

Problemi con l’autenticazione

Appena scaricata ma non mi è possibile autenticarmi. Mi rimanda al sito dall’app e l’app evidentemente non attiva la tastiera.
Peccato sarebbe tanto comoda ma così è inutile

Calendar is totally wrong, and it is not possible to book tickets because of day names do not match real day dates - has been like this for 7 weeks (since I downloaded it)

Payment Method

This is a great app! the only downside is that for non-Italians, you have to pay through Paypal. US-issued credit cards will not work.

Cannot actually purchase tickets

Like other reviewers, I cannot find any way to make payment. Every credit card is declined and Apple Pay doesn’t work. It only accepts Italian banks. There should be a PayPal option, but I don’t see it.
