Great museum, terrible app

I spent the first third of my visit to the museum trying to get this buggy app to work. When it did work, the interface was unintuitive and confusing.

Our visit to this amazing Museum was severely impacted by this app continually dropping out, had to remove & reinstall. Plus it is difficult to navigate & response time so slow you think it’s frozen. Needs a lot of enhancement!
