Subscribed but the app will not let me play premium features
Mussila upgrade 2025
Please give Mussila Music an update. Here is how it works:
The first thing to do is add one more level to the learning path. It’s featuring F#/Gb, G#Ab, and A#/Bb, as well as 3 new instruments: Sitar, steel drum, and oboe.
Speaking of the oboe, add it and the clarinet to instrument guessing games (Learn - levels 4-onwards, and Practice - instruments).
Don’t forget to add a new song called The Itsy Bitsy Spider.
Last, why don’t you sound actually like they should? Can you do that?
Oh, and one more thing: add the sitar and steel drum to Loopy Tunes.
Here’s a fun fact: Loopy Tunes is a play on Looney Tunes.

Good, but there’s some critical issues
In general, it feels like a good learning tool, but these points put us off using it and paying for it:
Inconsistent communication about pricing: on the German website there is an option to buy the app without a subscription, but in the app we found no way to do so.
At least the German version is buggy. Some texts don't appear, probably because the translated texts don't fit into the space provided. For example, "find the sixteenth rest" in the German version will only show "finde die..." (or something similar, not complete)
There's an option to just randomly press any key to get through the most important keyboard parts and get "with three stars" for it. This didn't work well with our young son.
Finally, the learning part of the app seems to just stop (at C sharp) without any explanation or idea of what would make sense to learn next.

Para mi es una aplicación mala.Se preguntarán,por que? Por que se supone que es “”gratis”” pero cuando haces una cuenta pone que debes pagar para poder hacer algo. No se si puedes poder hacer algo sin pagar por que no se ve a simple vista y si si se puede deberian ponerlo mas grande para que se vea mejor.

It is funny how the app itself is free but to use it you have to do a subscription or it doesn’t work, this is a scam for me

Great fun but much too short
Great fun and concept. My son learnt how to read basic notes. The negative is we Paid for the annual subscription of one year and finished the paths in less than one month. Otherwise would have given it 4/5 stars. Not worth getting the annual subscription. Just pay for a month and you’ll be done.

Firstly I would like to say you literally have to pay to play piano and it’s so annoying if your trying to save money for a real piano it’s like that one game called *simply piano* and that you have to pay to play real songs like pirates of the Caribbean or something in general it’s a bad app and the keyboard is tiny and I keep playing wrong notes because I have big hands so I would like to say to the dev or whoever reads this that works for this game please improve it so you don’t have to pay to play piano and everyone can get there money back, you should also make it so that the subscription can let you play certain popular songs and one more thing, you should make the keyboard a little bigger

Ansich eine ganz nette App für die ich auch bereit wäre Geld zu zahlen. Es wurden allerdings 7 Tage kostenlos testen versprochen und dann trotzdem sofort 10,99€ abgezocken und ein einmonatiges Abo abgeschlossen. Sowas geht gar nicht!

Even on the very last screen of the onboarding it says you don’t need to buy anything. But then there is no way of continuing without starting a trial through an in-app purchase.
If you promise no obligation to buy, you should keep it. Shame on you.

Disappointing and non-responsive support
I signed up for a trial expecting the programme to be engaging and educational for my 9 year old. She got bored of it within the trial period and found the characters “creepy”. I believed that I had cancelled the subscription on my phone before the The chargeable subscription had started but then a few days later found that they had charged me for the full year. I have tried to reach out to them to get a refund, the app has not been accessed since, and they have not replied.
