Once we create our account, we cannot make any modifications in it and cannot even delete the account. ClearTax takes away our freedom. This is a very bad application.
NFO not showing since one year
The NFO for which I have purchased and received email is still not shown in this app. Also quant mf which is consistently performing extremely bad has been starred as monthly performer since last 1 year while its return is only 8%
Easy and user friendly app
The BLACK app is user friendly making payments and investments easier

Simple and powerful.
Started using cleartax portal even before the launch of Black app. Few suggestions I had given was also implemented in the app. Highly recommended.
The only investment I Don’t recommend
Errors while trying to create SIPs, mandates, dividends, or even visit help section. When they have automated everything on the App to do anything, but to raise a support request you need to click a couple buttons just to see they need you to send a mail. Pathetic

Worst experience
I am following up many times and no response from support.

Unable to redeem my SIP amount
Im not able to redeem my SIP amount, i have tried to reach out to your support team but there’s no response from their end, looking at the situation, im planning to shift all my investment to some other apps
Pathetic customer service
I have invested in ELSS scheme and now when the lock in period is completed I wish to withdraw my funds. There is no withdrawal option in BLACK app. I sent an email to customer care and there is no reply till now.
Cleartax doesn’t have designated customer care helpline which makes it quite difficult for customers to get in touch with them in case of inquiries/complaints etc.

Without step up - irritating
Please add step up feature to your app. It is irritating to manually increase 10% SIP every year . Since i have multiple funds. Got to pause old one and create new payment with increased SIP
No way to delete the Account and Data.
This app has a dark UX pattern where they make it impossible for anyone to successfully find and delete their account and data. There is no option on the app, no option in the “Help” or any other area of the app. This is such a disappointing practice from a company of such stature.
User friendly
The app’s user friendly interface made the entire process seamless, guiding through each step with clarity. I would highly recommend this app for itr fillings.
Not Recommended
I have been investing in this app from 3 years now, but now I am facing such issue that my KYC is showing completed on app and they are deducting my money from 5 months now and that is not reflected on app They don't have any number to get support They have mail provided and after sending mail executive named Sanjay asked me to complete the KYC and to fill the form and send him back i did so Now i am needing the statement for ELSS for the current year but after sending mail to them 2 time in the span of 10 days there is no reply from black I was recommending everyone to get this app for MF investments but I am worried now

4. Sufficient options not available to modify a SIP or MF like a systematic withdrawal plan is missing.

Pathetic support
I have been using Black app for mutual fund investment for last two years and facing issue with the Dividend Detail screen. It looks like some major issue with it and not fixed yet. I reported this issue almost one year ago but no action has been taken.
It seems you are not taking your customer feedback seriously. I am very disappointed with your support.

No help even after making the payment
The customer support is top tier bad. They don’t care once you make the payment. I have been struggling to file an ITR but they won’t help me with it. Never going to use this stupid app again in my life.
