One word Terrible!!
Not user friendly
Had to download li os, wouldn’t upload documents and now that everything is said and done, I cannot figure out how to PAY the mortgage with the app. Would refinance just to not use this app.
App not informative
This app does not have account information as far as payments being made. They need to update this app.

This application gives the appearance that it will allow better communication. It doesn’t. It is only an advertisement a download application. Don’t waste your time.

Be careful before downloading this app. I downloaded this app (by mistake) and it has my personal information. However I don’t have a mortgage or pending mortgage with them! The phone number is registered to an individual! It’s misleading at first glance because Mutual has LIFE INSURANCE too. I emailed them to cancel it am waiting to hear back. I am not pleased at all!

Can’t crash if it doesn’t load!
This app worked once, now it just spins.
No errors or indication as to why it won’t load, just a never ending loading screen.

Refi done, how do I see or pay my mortgage?
Now that my refi is done what exactly does this app do? There’s no way to see my mortgage or pay it like I can do with other lenders. The app becomes worthless once you are finished with the application.
Shockingly terrible app
This business process is bad. You receive a link over sms. It directs you to download an app. The link take you to the front page of the app. No process to follow, no guidance on screen. I haven’t got far yet but I don’t keep my pdf paystubs and W2s on my phone so it seems to lack any form of testing or User Acceptance in any way. I’m left frustrated and just in disbelief that this was something that was designed.

Can’t save info
Every time I log in, I have to turn on the fingerprint login feature, and set up a new 6-digit code. It never saves. It also never saves your payment info even though there is an option to use a ‘saved payment method’. That could use fixing. Also, an autopsy feature would be nice. Other than that, smooth app. Easy to use. Which is nice

App is out of sync from Website
For me, the application has been out of sync from the website. I am far along in my loan process, however, the app isn’t showing that at all. For some reason, it is stuck at the continue application step. Also, the required documentation section is the same thing.
Not sure if itIs the app or people
This refinance has been confusing and the app is little help. The app messages don’t match the messages that are sent via text and email from agents or representatives. I’m not really sure who my representative is because the app says it is somebody else. I understand they are busy, but I hope they get their poop in a group.

Still asking for my drivers license???!!!
Loan in process, trying to sign documents from my loan representative to keep process going yet whe you go to the app to view and sign them, the clueless app goes right back to asking for my driver’s license and other info to open a new loan. Yep downloaded the app but very very frustrating, just send me signing documents in DocuSign or similar program- something that actually works...,
