Needs work - a lot of it!
Can’t add much to the low reviews already listed. Many links don’t go anywhere. None of the food/diet links work. Couldn’t record a gym visit. The same company’s Silver Sneakers app got much better reviews. Although Mutually Well seems to be the lower cost alternative program offered by some medigap plans, how much effort would be required of Tivity to bring the app up to the same standard?

Can’t even get code
Trying to sign up. Following the reset password process as instructed and can’t even get a code sent to my triple confirmed email address. I would love to use the app if I could only get in…..

App is a total disaster.
Non-functional & frustrating. Does not even have the most basic functionality. An app this bad reflects extremely poorly on sponsoring entity. Whoever is responsible for app does not have a clue.
Dumpster fire of uselessness
Logged in and was trying to check eligibility for specific programs - which the app can’t do?! - and which takes me to a form. After filling it out, am told I need to choose a new email because the one I entered is already in use…ya think?
Cannot register to sign in
Just downloaded app and found that it only allows existing registered users to sign in. Went through website and could not get passed error on payment method page, which would not allow me to enter payment information for an app that is supposed to be free through my insurance.

I re downloaded this app and it hasn’t improved from the first time I downloaded it.
I’m not sure what the premium version offers, but the free version only offers listings for different locations.
It’s not much of a benefit from Mutual of Omaha and I would not waste money or time with this app.

Not helpful
Have never found anything with this app. I just tried again after relocating. It looks for locations but reports none within 50 miles of me in Kansas, but I live in East Tennessee! Really?

Placed a support case for help resolve my login issue, after three months never her for technical support ! The app keeps telling me I did not enter the correct login or password when I know I have since I have no issues login the the Website!!!

The app on my iPhone is absolutely useless it just spins and will not connect to my account. I have to go to my laptop to get info. And now that is not working says I am not attached to that account. I called and asked for help to no avail. Sent an email today still waiting.

This app starts with somewhere in the middle of the country. No gyms or anything found. No way to put in location.

User unfriendly
I made an error when entering DOB and the system would not allow correction. I deleted the account to re-create with correct information and the app will not accept my email address. States that the email address is already registered. Mutually Well customer service was useless. She kept telling me that there is no way to delete an account.

Just doesn’t work
The Mutually Well program seems amazing on the website. The access to gyms alone more than justifies the approximate $30 a month price tag. Unfortunately, I’ve yet to be able to get into a single gym because the ones on the website do not populate within the app. So close to being great but as it is now, don’t waste your money.

Worst app ever
How can they even call this a working app. It’s clunky, it’s only randomly pulls up your membership card. You can’t download your membership or put it in your phone wallet. Most of the time it just sits there with that circle going round and round and never does anything.
