Endless problems, zero support
The parking gate is supposed to be open by calling its phone number. It turned out at the gate that my number had not been added to the gate's system. I called the Muvon support line multiple times, no one picked up the phone. I finally got a call only when I was running late to return the car.
The car itself is located in the darkest corner of the garage, there is no chance to check all 11 scratches and dents all over the car, or to check its doubtful cleanliness.
The app itself barely works, showing internal errors all the time (like "502 Bad Gateway". Hi, Nginx!). It is also unique that it kicks a user out after some time of inactivity, the security feature common (and much needed) in web applications, but so annoying (and ridiculous) for a phone app – literally every other time I opened the app, I had to log in again. I would say the app has beta quality.
For the sake of fairness, I received the apologies few days later and got some refund for the inconvenience.

Works well!
Used on my recent trip to Mallorca (from UK) verification took around 10-15 mins and once booked I got a call from customer services asking if I needed anything. Unlocking and locking was straight forward and very quick. No issues at all and would highly recommend. Thank you!
