Easy Rental
Easy biking experience and good fun to ride around Usedom. Even on Sunday afternoon we were able to reach the hotline when one of the locks was stuck. The hotline could resolve the issue immediately.
Needs work but great idea in principle
Needs to allow registration with non-German mobile numbers
Need to greatly increase prominence and real-time notification of incorrectly “returned” bikes (ie not at an official station); also illustrating the geo-fences in the in-app map would be helpful
The only action which doesn’t require an in-app 2-step confirmation is “returning” the bike (by pressing the lock on the bike) which currently can lead to a €50 charge if done outside the return locations. This makes no sense: the greatest fee from the only action that does not require a confirmation in the app. Need to fix this workflow
Need to educate tourist officials as to the above and rental terms

Useless
As other reviews states won’t sent the code to a UK number
The image to lock the bike assumes you know what here lock is
The image of the lock when you return the bike assumes you know what here lock is on the bike!!! In nearly every other city in the world it is on the front wheel when you place it in the stand. But in Greifswald it is on the rear wheel - you could make this much clearer!!
Does not work
App never sends a pin to UK mobile number. Wasted a lot of time walking to the bikes in rural Usedom only for it not to allow registration. Avoid.
Registration broken
Cannot register a new account. It says it is sending a pin to validate phone connection, but pin is never received despite many attempts.
