Permissions
The app is fine. It’s the setting up of all permissions and users which is tough and complicated.

Balances
Usually good but glitches lately. If check accounts at night totals can be way off. I guess these are updates.
Updates for available funds can be very slow and concerning. You may not see the deposit of a check for 24 hours even if you go directly to a teller for the deposit.

I have been a customer of MVB since it took over the previous bank called First National’s. I have never had any problems with any of my accounts. Customer Service
