Worst app ever always down we can’t even update it
MVSLite App much much better than this App
I used the MVSLite App for the past several years and loved it. It recently quit working on my iPad, and I found out it was no longer available in the App Store.
So, I downloaded the MVSPro thinking it would be just as good. Boy, was that a mistake. Can’t get the camera frames to fully fill the iPad screen, there is no six different camera frame display like MVSLite, video display quality is much poorer, and that is just a few of the things I don’t like.
The programmers need to resurrect MVSLite, it was so much better.

Not good!
Since their last update, the app constantly says no connection to the cameras. Once it finally connects, the play back will only load from 00:00 to 02:00-03:00. I have four cameras and this is very disappointing. My home monitor has no issues but this app very quickly went from good to terrible all of a sudden. Security company verified all connections and settings were proper. I also tried deleting the App and reinstalling it. Didn’t work. Fix the issues please!

Lots of features!
App is so nice since I am a bit of a nerd I get the ability to make it simple or can really dig deep and get tons of options for my system.
Does the company even care?
This app costs money so not a free app. Do you think they ever had someone who doesn’t work at the company try to use this app and navigate its features, probably not. You need to have a degree in computer engineering to NOT spend a crazy amount of time knowing the true functionality of this app. Now my images are all zoomed in. Truly hate this app but need it nonetheless.

App does not save device
Every time i close the app my devices does now get saved

Notifications through the app is down due to a Apple iOS update 🤬. When will the app have an update to fix this issue??
Does not send notifications on iPhone
It only shows cameras and not notifications when the cameras have motion. Works on the android phone but not on the iPhone. Very disappointed
Use to work better
The prior version of this app for both lite and pro worked perfect. The latest version makes playback an absolute pain. Trying to view a specific time and the playback starts at any time but what was selected. Absolutely frustrating. Live view works fine for all my p2p accounts however my static ip accounts do not always work with this latest version. This kind of untested updates are why I change camera suppliers. Don’t push this crap out until you can test every function.

Customer service joke
We haven't been able to access our cameras when we are not connected to our home wifi. Customer service basically said they couldn't help us.
Not working now
This app worked perfectly before. Recently, it just doesn't work at all. Each time the message pops up "login timeout" though no settings has been changed.

Latest version no longer works with my iPad mini Retina. But still ok my iPhone 6.
iPhone 6 plus problems
The video doesn't show full screen and can't be zoomed. Looks great on the iPad like another reviewer said before but the lack of true iPhone 6 plus support is disappointing. I have a big screen phone for a reason and this app needs an update to support it.
Amazing App and Features
Great App! As an installer of WatchNet cameras, I have use a lot of apps throughout work and I have yet to find one with this level of viewing and control. Multi view, search and playback, remote configuration changes, and so much more. Strongly recommended and well worth the price!!!
Missing features
Had the old version MVS multi, for $4.99, I upgraded to MVS Pro today. I have a iPhone 4S.
Two good new useful features I like in Pro are 1) the ability to save favorite lists of cameras. However, most other ip camera apps already have this feature. 2) remote playback.
Here is a list of features missing:
1) The favorites cannot be re-arranged, so if you make a mistake, you are stuck with it.
2) in the main page, it should be able to remember the cameras that were last seen before the software was closed. Very annoying.
3) poor instruction manual. I just accidentally found out how to delete a favorite. Want the heck are Alarm out & Push config? Zero explanation.
4) switching from one favorite list of cameras to another should just be a swipe from left to right on the screen. Now I have to push the favorite button first, then swipe the horizontal bar.
5) actually, once I push the favorite button, it is actually better just to have buttons for each pre-set favorites than swiping as I can skip to the one I want, rather than going through all of them.
Will add more missing features after I play with it more.

MVS PRO
Hust upgrade des from the App Store. Nothing works after that. I have the proper ip addresses in the locations but to no avail. I will be switching because the developers do not do tearing. What a useless bunch!!!!!!!!
