Useless
App can’t even find my sock batteries.
Does not sync. Directions wrong. Unfortunate.
Please fix this. What a disappointment. Simply does not sync on iPhone via Bluetooth, as others have mentioned.
One sock but not the other
If you only want one of your feet to be warm this app is perfect. If you were thinking that you’d be able to actually pair both socks then, well… good luck sucker.

Piece of junk can ‘t connect to a phone does not recognize Bluetooth for some reason. I returned this back to Costco.

First review I have ever submitted. I just got a 100+$ vest for my birthday. App can not pair. The battery is fully charged and has charged for over 5 hours… as soon as my vest shows up on the app, the battery shuts off and the Bluetooth goes looking for the device again… time and time again. I will be returning product and deleting app

Works 100%
It’s amazing and how it is easy to control my heated vest with this app. Also, I’m able to check the percentage of my battery. Lastly, I’m able to turn off my vest. Highly recommend.
Won’t stay connected
Had the socks and purchased a vest - app would only connect off and on. It would also try to pick up other garments that were near me.
Will Not Connect to Bluetooth
The vest seems to warm well using the button on the vest.
Unfortunately I am unable to link the vest to the app.
This diminishes the functionality of the vest. I am disappointed and will need to return the product.

It keeps resetting the temperature. I’ll set it to low and then the app will set it to high on its own.

The right sock has never worked no matter what I do. These were a gift so can’t be returned.

There is no “control button” for the hoodie in connecting your garments. The sweater works as I plugged in the battery and heats up but I have no idea what setting it is set at and I cannot connect it to Bluetooth.
Great product
I am going to be honest and say that sure, sometimes the app is a bit janky but it gets the job done. it is pretty easy to use and I am grateful it comes in app form as below my ski boots i would not be able to reach the temperature changer. Thank you developers.
