Terrible
The times for bus routes are inaccurate, the buses come late or not at all, and the app is a mess—sometimes you get closed out and logged out, then when you try to sign back in to get any semblance of when your bus is coming, there’s always an error message or a loop of trying to reset your password or creating a new account and the app closes out. They seriously need to get stuff in order, it’s absolutely ridiculous.

Service good,app needs an overhaul,notification of bus approaching,better gps system to provide smoother pickups and drop and drop offs all in all a great concept room for improvement
Good Concept but Bad Design
App and concept is great but the location search is horrible. Half of the locations and Wellesley aren’t even on Catch Connect.
Find better trip planning software
Somehow vehicles can go between Wellesley College and Babson 10 times in 40 minutes, but take 3 hours to travel 1 mile! Most drivers are super nice, however some are creepy and talk about passengers in rude and derogatory ways. I always call trips 1.5 hours before I actually need to get to school now. Somehow I am still late!

Not worth the headache
This used to be a great way for RESIDENTS to get around who may not have any other means of transportation but now it’s literally just a mini Uber service for the college students to go back and forward from the T. I’m all for them getting a cheap way to and from class but the way CatchConnect prioritizes them it’s not worth waiting the hours upon hours to catch a ride; I’d rather just get an Uber. Not worth the bother unless you go to Wellesley College or Babson since those seem like the only places they go nowadays

This app makes traveling to and from doctors visits at Newton Wellesley as a college student without a car SO much easier. It can be a longer trip sometimes, as expected with a ride share for only $2, but the drivers can make the ride so much nicer! I didn’t get his name but the kind man who drove me from Newton Wellesley hospital to Wellesley College tonight (12/12) around 5:30-5:50pm was such a joy to be around! I believe his bus was 547(?) but I could be wrong. Loved it! Thank you!

Service is fine, app needs serious work
The service is great, catch connect is typically very easy to use and can be reliable. However, the app itself is incredibly frustrating. The location isn’t accurate, there’s no notifications as to when they arrive and how much time you have, and if the app closes you’ll have no clue what’s going on. You need to check the app religiously, especially if the ETA changes.
