Very useful
Good pricing and helps a lot with getting around just wish that the coverage area for Plymouth was extended to also include the Kingston MBTA commuter rail station
App need of some serious bug fixes.
Love this app, but man just started having this problem where I get randomly logged out and it’s very annoying especially when I’m trying to see how close my ride is, and it forced me to put my number which is obviously fine but for whatever reason it’s stuck on the Russian flag and thinks my number is a Russian number which it is most definitely not lol. Wouldn’t let me change it to the US, which is where I currently live. But yeah those are my only two problems with it. Anyways I hope it can get fixed.

A confused app
This is a the worst public transportation app I have ever used. First off it has access to my location and for no reason at all when I try and enter a location, it will start me all the way out at Dallas, Texas. I live in Plymouth Massachusetts, so there should be no reason that it’s putting me in Dallas when it has my location. Two it will log me out for no reason at all. It will log me out about every 2 to 3 minutes, and because they don’t let you use a password you have to verify it. I can only get a code every five minutes so that means I have to wait two minutes to log back in or to get another code. This has been going on for the past 3 months and nothing has helped no one else experiences this but me and it’s extremely infuriating. If I could get away with it I would never use this app again but unfortunately I don’t have that privilege.
