It’s an OK app, pretty good for cheap affordable transportation. Caveat is the wait times are somewhat volatile and you never know if riders are not available until you need to leave and a ride is unable to be booked. You will either get to your destination within 10 mins or 1hr. Sometimes the app will say you will be picked up in 10 mins and that 10 mins will stay 10 mins for 30 minutes cause you see the driver on the map drive right past you and go farther and farther away as your hope of making the train slowly depletes. It states that operating hours are 7am to 7pm but I am unable to book rides as early as 6:28pm with the app siting that booking is not within operating hours. That being said if you want to book a ride, do so minimum 1 hr in advance just in case.

Terrible
Terrible. Cars are always late and switch your ride last minute. I order my Via 45 minutes earlier than I need to in order to get there and they still somehow end up getting to my location late or switching my car. Hate this app.
