The title says it all. Lots of loading errors, slow response, chat feature locks up. Even the website is marginal. It's great when it works, but it's very hit and miss.

Scammers

Scummy company and terrible customer service. I was sent the wrong product and argued with the customer service for three weeks before I was able to be promised a full refund and then they didn’t end up refunding me fully and still charged me fees. When I tried to bring up the issue again they just automatically close my support ticket without responding to me. I will never be buying anything from their website again and you shouldn’t either
