App slow and laggy
App is terribly slow and laggy when posting an item for sale, very irritating
App is a rip off
They sell you something then the sellar is unresponsive and to get your money back is impossible also their are big fees to get your money back its not my fault the seller has not responded or shipped adter 7 days now im out 288$
App is buggy
The title says it all. Lots of loading errors, slow response, chat feature locks up. Even the website is marginal. It's great when it works, but it's very hit and miss.

Scummy company and terrible customer service. I was sent the wrong product and argued with the customer service for three weeks before I was able to be promised a full refund and then they didn’t end up refunding me fully and still charged me fees. When I tried to bring up the issue again they just automatically close my support ticket without responding to me. I will never be buying anything from their website again and you shouldn’t either

And I must tell you to be fully honest the customer service is out of this world. Everything got shipped quickly, and every item that I purchased was as described I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I tried listing several articles to sell first on the website but there were so many site bugs that wouldn’t let me save them. I tried the app then and got by the issues I had on the website but new ones popped up in the app. Example: I couldn’t upload and photos or even save a draft. I’m worried if my banking information is safe now if they can’t handle the little things. I checked, rechecked and had my wife try but I couldn’t get it saved or published.
