Doesn’t work
doesn’t work with IOS. my partner who has android, can see the connection in his app but i can not see it in mine. Everything is up to date, location is on, etc, nothing pops up in the app. Don’t recommend unless you have an android.
Very slow
It works but it takes years to load, when I want to use it to do a trick it ends up taking like 2 mins to load before I can use it. It rarely loads quickly, honestly do not get it.
Won’t connect
Horrible app lots of bugs will not connect to my phone and I can’t even use the app.
Works mostly
Has a mind of its own sometimes. Will open head lights or close at random but for the most part it works good. It’s a fun mod and people love it. I have trouble with the app saving my settings but it’s not that big of a deal.
Works after resetting module
Had trouble with connecting the first time but got it to work after resetting the module by clicking the button 10 times

Used to be perfect, 5/5 but app broke now
Used to be able to connect and use but recently it will connect to the module but won’t open in the app. You can open the demo mode but the actual remote won’t open… please fix!!!

Hasn’t been working with the new update
Haven’t gotten it to work ever since the most recent update. Hoping to get the function of the remote back…emailed company twice wondering if it will be fixed but no response yet.

With the latest update that changed the UI, I can no longer connect via the app.
Great Product
Only reason for the 3 star is that the app won’t connect properly. The product is great and it work with the button on the inside but the app won’t connect I’ve tried resetting and it just won’t show up on the menu. It worked one time flawlessly but now there’s 0 luck in getting it to show up I spent about an hour trying to get it to show up.

Great Company, just a couple of hiccups
I’ve had my MX5 Wink Mod and Diagnostic tool for about a year now, and I love them both! The only issues I ran into were some minor connectivity issues with the App and the Wink Module. Also, the sleepy eye function never seemed to work on my end. otherwise great!
Great idea
App works great once it’s connected, problem is the connection process, it’s little buggy feel like the module just connects whenever it’s want to, there is no indication or status for the pairing process, without that this is great, I’d love to be able to open the app and everything just works
Winky Mod
Great company. Would buy more from them just for their exceptional customer service. However the app is not the best. The winky mod itself is extremely easy to install but when connecting bluetooth I had to stand right next to control box. I couldn’t even use the app while sitting inside the car. If I stepped one foot away from where I put the cable box the app would disconnect. Needs some work on that part. Was hoping I could use the mod at car meets when I wasn’t next to my Miata. If I fix this problem I will update :)

Very exciting! A few bugs though :)
Very excited to finally have the accompanying app for my wink mod on my miata!! Works pretty well for having just come out for ios, initial pairing dors take veeeeery long however idk if that is an across the board issue or just my phone (using iphone 8+ latest ios and latest bluetooth version) but once it pairs, using winks within the app works flawlessly. That being said, getting into the wink settings 99.9 percent of the time results in a crash but think will prolly be kinked out soon. Overall very happy :)
