App is more stable now
I have followed the advice of my audiologist to ensure any app and Apple updates are done in a timely manner and always fully close the app down when not in use.
I love how easy it is to increase the volume of my TV streamer and can’t wait to use this feature more as Auracast is rolled out.
Awesome
App is quirky
I believe I have the latest version of the app since my iPhone is set to download the app updates.
Great when it works
Since doing this review, I was contacted by the folks at Audibel letting me know that they just released an update to the app. I installed it, and everything is working fine now. Thank you.
Data logs inaccurate
User friendly but would love some higher-tech options
My only request, if y’all are accepting them, is to allow for an Apple Watch shortcut from watch faces in order to discreetly and quickly adjust settings on the hearing devices. I use my Watch a lot and would love to control it from my wrist with a shortcut, instead of searching for the icon in the Watch apps list, and spare my having to take my phone out every time! I’d love to be contacted if you would like more info.
Complete Garbage
App crashes repeatedly
Not seamless across Apple devices
Can’t connect to app
The worst
Terrible
Would be a great app if it worked!
There are no other devices interfering. Since the Vitality AI aids are supposed to be Auracast and LE Audio compliant I also tried it on a newer iPhone 14, which uses Bluetooth 5.3 (LE Audio compliant Bluetooth) instead of the 5.0 version on my iPhone, thinking that might help, but it does not. Your app is corrupt.
I’ve narrowed it down a bit. The app works fine as long as the tap control is turned off. Turn tap control on and things get “wonky“ if it’s set to access Smart Assistant when you tap. Interestingly enough, the Tap Control, if set to access Edge Mode, even when the app is running in the background, seems to be ok. Set Tap Control back to access Smart Assistant and problems arise again. Unfortunately, Smart Assistant is the feature that would be the most beneficial through Tap Control but that’s a no go until the app is fixed. So I’ve turned Tap Control off. The phone now rings through the aids like it’s supposed to. I can access Edge Mode directly by opening the app. Of course, the Smart Assistant feature is now not available.
Developer- I’ve tried your suggestions. App is flawed. Please fix. 0 stars if I could.
Developer- So frustrated! Tired of explaining all the problems with this app and getting responses blaming interference from my other devices, etc. This app is corrupted in so many ways. Look at the recent reviews.
So now, when in Edge Mode, the alert sounds do not work on my phone. Take the aids out of Edge Mode and put in a regular programmed mode and the alert sounds work.
Would be a great app if it worked!

Thank you for the feedback. The hearing aids do not control weather or not the notifications will activate an audible signal. I'm thinking that your app dysfunction is related to multiple Apple devices on the same wifi and iCloud account. Test how well the app does away from the home.

Apobro you should work with your Audibel Provider to figure out why you are struggling to hear with the devices. These are one of our best sound hearing aids ever.
Would be a great app if it worked!
