Great when it works
Since doing this review, I was contacted by the folks at Audibel letting me know that they just released an update to the app. I installed it, and everything is working fine now. Thank you.

Thank you for reporting this concern. One thing you can do to reset the tracking is deactivate your account and sign up anew. You can use the same email and password.
User friendly but would love some higher-tech options
My only request, if y’all are accepting them, is to allow for an Apple Watch shortcut from watch faces in order to discreetly and quickly adjust settings on the hearing devices. I use my Watch a lot and would love to control it from my wrist with a shortcut, instead of searching for the icon in the Watch apps list, and spare my having to take my phone out every time! I’d love to be contacted if you would like more info.

Thank you for your kind words and for sharing such a thoughtful suggestion! We completely understand how convenient it would be to have quick access from your Apple Watch face. The good news is that the app experience is mirrored on the Apple Watch, so you can already control your hearing devices from your wrist. While a direct shortcut on the watch face isn’t currently available, your feedback is valuable and will be shared with our development team as we explore future enhancements.
