Love the branches I use on Jefferson and Provencher But the app is not available to many times have to log in three or more times to get on. Don’t like the new long password. Have had to go in so many times to fix things with my debit card. Once had to leave my groceries at giant tiger on Munroe. Then drive to st bonifist
For them to figure out the card. It was not at the store end that the problem was. It was with the card !!!! Frustrating for a senior ! They gave me a new card with a long password. Other than that love the Branches I use.

Keep getting just a white screen
One of the worst apps I’ve used, doesn’t load properly and every time I want to use it I have to reload it from the App Store. I also get a white screen most times when I do open the the app:
Great service online and in branch
BACU has come a long way and improved the mobile app. Great personal service in the branch as well. I can’t imagine dealing with a large bank ever again. BACU staff get to know their clients in a personal level. Thank you
