Good App, but not great
This app is very good, but needs improvement. When I go back to find the status of a request I’ve made months previous, it still has the same notation as it had the day I reported it. A user can’t follow progress (if indeed any progress is being made). The City is very slow to address reported items and does not input any updated information into the system.

Is this app even working??
I’ve attempted several times to use this app and from what I can tell it’s pretty useless. I’ve reported several concerns and have heard no kind of response
Won’t Submit Report as Guest
No, I will not sigh up for YET ANOTHER ACCOUNT to report issues. The app will not let you submit as guest and gives zero clues as to what information is missing (despite all fields being populated). What a waste of our tax dollars. Total joke.
I’m not sure this actually works
I downloaded the app and went through all the steps to submit a report, but it kept giving me an error message. All the fields were filled in appropriately. I had a clear image. But I would not accept my submission request.
