F feedback from Agency?

I went to the Bowie City website to report badly damaged sidewalk and partially damaged curb concrete. I clicked the right buttons but after all of that I have no idea if the message was received or when work MIGHT be started.
 I am somewhat disabled as are a few of my neighbors who “walk” pass my home.
Please advise.

When I first got the app it was working, now for last 3 months it doesn’t work anymore. Please update or fix it so I can keep using it better than going to the website.

Very Useful

It’s really easy to navigate through the app vs having to use the web. I love that we can schedule special pickups from the app; very handy when doing renovations. I do wish we could cancel a special request from the app, for those times when something derails you, after business hours, and the item won’t make it to the curb.
