Avoid.I pay $45/month for Breezeline's "Unlimited” mobile plan, and it is a total scam. They advertise unlimited data, but the hotspot for which I got the plan in the first place neverrrrrr works , never. Your hotspot randomly cuts off with zero warning. To make it worse, their app doesn't even track your hotspot usage, so you're left totally in the dark guessing why your connection died. Terrible service, terrible app, and awful customer transparency. Save your money and go somewhere else.

La seńal es muy mala internet lento
What a joke. Trying to log into this app sucks lemons.
Im the only person at my house and it says im the secondary user at my house? Use any other service provider to save time n money
Horrible technical support. Trying to talk to a real human being is very difficult if not impossible! It took me close to 10 minutes to finally go through the prompts multiple times. The automated service asks what I’m having a problem with, and I indicate the cable television. It then asks a few more questions and asks if I’m having Wi-Fi problems. I already told it I didn’t have problems with Wi-Fi but it asks it again. The automated system keeps trying to get you to go to their website to get help. How can you do that if you have no Internet? I finally just kept repeating human representative multiple times and I got in touch with somebody within about a minute. However, you can tell there are multiple operators in one room. There is lots of background chatter, and there is a significant delay in the communication. People may be knowledgeable, but I don’t know that. When I try to explain what my problem was, they just kept talking as though they didn’t hear me. The communication had a lot of crackling. I finally asked the person where he was calling from and he said he was in Mongolia! This is not the type of service that I expect from my cable provider! I wish there was another Internet provider in our area! If I had my way, I do away with it all!

transferring my service address and dealing with billing issues was SO DIDFICULT BECAUSE OF THE ROBOTS. I want to talk to a human. HIRE HUMANS!!!!
I have spent about the last hour trying to sign in. It keeps telling me my information is incorrect. So I have reset my password about 5 times now and I still can’t sign in. Seriously people I never thought it would be this hard to get on your app. I am not sure if I am even signed up now, lol.
Smooth running app . Only downside is you have to log in every time you open the app and get a code sent to your phone every time .
Can’t log in , very frustrating . Waisted so much time
Just a wrapper for a web page. Can’t do any basic app features like biometrics. Just a do-the-minimums from the do-the-minimums broadband provider.
This app doesn’t even allow me to sign in on my Apple iPad Mini (A17 Pro). Won’t allow access to my keyboard making it impossible to login.
WAY OVER PRICED FOR THE SERVICE! My Dad paid $2,000 to help PVTV get cable strung in Cumberland! And each time these Companies bought out the last one! They jack up the price! I HATE BREEZELINE!
I hate that the updated balance doesn’t accurately keeps up with monthly bill on the dashboard
The problem is that app asks you to login every time, and will even send a SMS to your number. It’s super annoying. The app needs to stay logged in for at least a year since it’s my personal device. Please fix
Breezeline customer service is awful. We signed up for Breezeline a few years ago when it was new in the area because a nice salesman came to our house saying how great the company was. We got a good initial deal. We even put up with the buffering when trying to stream videos. We only have 2 people in our household, and we do not use a ton of bandwidth. And every year, the price has gone up. In 3 years, the price is now more than 5x of what it was when we signed up. How do you get away with this? Also, new customers are getting a deal at less than a third of the price than I’m paying, plus a free phone service. It is impossible to get through to customer service to talk to them. The chat is outsourced to another country, and they say they can’t help cancel service and to call. Hey say if we call, they will offer us a better deal. So here is basically no point of the chat to exist. But if we call, it’s an EIGHT HOUR LONG WAIT. I’ve already wasted too much time trying to reach and reason with this company. It’s better to just block this company from being able to charge your credit card, and switch back to your previous internet service provider.

Weren’t bad when they were Wow. Constantly down as Breezeline. App is average.
Their website is garbage, this app looks like the dev is from 2010, maybe use AI to help with this as it’s difficult to browse a simple page for billing statements!
I can’t even log in. It’s registering a button tap but nothing happens. Can’t exactly use an app when you can’t get past the first screen.
Updated app now won’t let you sign in
App doesn’t work properly, keeps freezing…..
