This app logs you out every single time you use it it’s so annoying then I have to log back in and when I tried to reset my password because I don’t remember it when I pressed the button to send me an email to reset it it didn’t even send me an email it’s so annoying bruh

The app is horrible, I once messed up with having two accounts. A nightmare to untangle, and rewards were taken. Oh well just never order online again. Not worth the hassle of whatever one gets from any restaurant’s reward programs.

Phone number verification is flawed
Someone has my phone number signed under their account. When I tried to sign up for the app it said my phone number was linked elsewhere. There is no other way to order if you don't have an alt phone number, and there is also no way to see what account name your number is tied to. I don't write reviews often at all- but this is so frustrating.
When I asked for help at an actual store the staff stated they also can't access that, but are aware the app doesn't work well for anyone.

Absolute trash
Unable to create an account cause it says I have one already but then won’t let me login. Try to checkout as guest and errors out. Taking my money elsewhere.

It was really easy to understand and complete my order.

Keeps kicking me out forcing me to log back in. Has Apple Pay as a process but then says it can’t validate. Just super annoying.

restaurant = 5 stars App 0 Stars settling on 2 stars for the hardship while ordering. have corresponded with MB and nothing gets fixed. The worst thing is the disappearing cart. There are other issues they know what they are. If not fixed soon we go down to 1 star and a full list of all the issues. listen to your customers, not just at the store.

The app froze
As just completed my online order when all of a sudden the app froze. Therefore, I had to reorder with a new later time than I wanted 😞
Made impossible to use
The continuous pop-ups make ordering a challenge, then check out as a guest doesn’t work because it recognizes my phone number and then I am forced to sign in which I don’t want to do and then I don’t have my password and resetting it doesn’t work because the pop-ups continue to force me to acknowledge that I am going to login with a pre-existing account and so on round and round until I quit

The food was excellent, but the girl at the counter was not helpful or friendly.
Long wait time, little communication
I adore MyBurger but our order is now 40+ minutes late and we didn’t get notified on delivery driver until after the estimated delivery time. Very poor communication and experience all around
Adding new payment is a nightmare
Your screen to Add a Payment Method is terrible. After many tries I gave up and had to call in my order. Extremely frustrating.

Good restaurant, terrible app
When they send your delivery order to DoorDash and DoorDash cancels the order claiming someone else took it and then they never show up with it, there’s no way to get a refund or anything because MyBurger sends you to DoorDash and DoorDash sends you back to MyBurger, both stating it’s a third-party system and they can’t do anything about it. So last time I paid 30+ dollars for nothing and haven’t been able to get a refund. I used to order from them a lot but after this experience I wouldn’t get delivery again and I’d only ever get food when I’m in person in the area, so…rarely.

Using credit card faulty
I have to pay using apple pay. Shows nonsensical error with credit card (missing valid number, when card works everywhere else)
