App is Ok, Service is bad
Have had this for 5 months now with a subscription. The app does not connect to the terminals at times so you have to get a code and enter it. Most importantly know that half the time the car washes are down or not working or close by 10. Also I noticed that they skimp on the detergent a lot. The detergent is watery at best and they want you to pay more for the ultimate wash either $2 or $7 more. May be a good option in winter to wash off the salt but the service availability is questionable across multiple pumps.

Scam
Purchased a wash through the app but it doesn’t generate a code. The UI is not intuitive. Wash expired and I’m out of $15. Never using anything Esso/circle k related again

This app lets me redeem car wash codes. It often refers me to circle locations K with a closed car wash which is a waste of time.

I paid for a monthly subscription. Every once in a while when I show up to the car wash and go to the app to start the wash, my request “times out” and it tells me to try again. When I do the app tells me I already used my wash for today and to come back tomorrow. This is completely unacceptable, and the employees in store make you feel like a scammer if you ask for help.

WORST APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Took the code in the app while waiting in the line but it’s taking too long so decided to leave but surprisingly they already assumed you used your wash! what a scam.
Then went to a different location after few hours, an error occurred in the app while getting the code so I tried again but surprise surprise they charge me for 2 washes! Here’s the proof:

Got a subscription today waited for 30 mins to get a carwash then suddenly my washcode is gone called customer support to get a discount because i ended up buying a single purchase carwash on top of the subscription that i paid for. Instead customer service told me hes giving me 25% off on my nxt subscription purchase. Your app is horrible and your customer service aswell.

This app is garbage. I used it years back for the car wash and I was planning on subscribing again but keeps saying to many devices and there is no user interface to address whatever the issue is.
It’s a scam!!!

Referring Someone
It said if you refer someone you win a car wash. Nothing about doing a scratch off. I referred a friend then bought a membership and I come to find out I have to scratch to “win” a car wash and I didn’t even win anything. Fake advertisement. Don’t buy their memberships or refer anyone.

Not working most of the time. Be ready for issues when getting ready to enter carwash! Can’t sign in- tells you that is to many devices!!! Your better off with physical card in your hand!!!

I wanted to install on my phone and my wife’s phone so we can both use it, but seems you can only use it on one phone. I will cancel my subscription and go with petro canada instead
Paid in app, no code — had to pay again
I paid through the app, but it never generated a carwash code. I went into the store and was told there was nothing they could do. App support had me fill out a form and said they’d get back to me in 3 business days. I still needed a wash today, so I had to pay again at the kiosk. Frustrating and disappointing—please fix the app and issue a refund. Such a shame

Facing problem with login in app
The app seems to have a lots of glitches At first, it asked for a PIN code when I tried to login and after a few attempts it said there were too many devices. Now I can’t login, even though I have already paid for my subscription and there is no support or contact us things available 😞
