Hasn’t missed a beat
I find this app super user friendly. None of the issues others have had. Thought it was worth a shout out given my experience vs the other negative ones here. Have been using for a few months without issue.
Doesn’t work
Can’t add my device without adding tank, and clicking complete button when adding tank does nothing.
Unbelievably terrible app.
Also when setting dimensions for tank, number pad covers fields and no way for me to enter number and be done.

Awful
Latest update removed all my data and devices and they can’t be setup again as the app is so buggy. Now have a very expensive light that can’t be used.
App is a little dissapointing
App has many bug and logs out randomly, the schedules are very limiting also and the sliding time setting is infuriating, it needs a plus minus on it like the colour settings.

Lost all data and can’t setup lights again
App lost all my saved tanks and light data and won’t allow me to set up lights again because I can’t finish the tank setup within the app
Despite updates, this app has always been unstable
Given the price tag for these lights, the app is just shockingly poor. Completely glitchy. I have to relaunch the app at least 5 times to get it to connect properly with my lights. On this basis alone, but other competitive lights and avoid this until a permanent fix can be found.
It shouldn’t be this Sifficult
I’ve been running the Chihiros four head pump for about 2 months now and really want to love it, but this app is not letting that happen. Everything seemed to be working at first, but over the last 2+ weeks the Bluetooth loses connection with my phone and I lose the dosage accumulation and have to figure out how to reconnect the thing again. Maybe I need to set this up on my iPad because that never leaves the area of my tank. Regardless, I have many apps that use Bluetooth and none of the others has this issue. An update with a bug fix would go a long way to gathering more stars.

Unstable and unusable
The apps been unusable for the last few months and it will randomly log you out and servers won’t be able to log you back in. Terrible experience
Unusable App
I was logged out and can no longer log back in directly using my email, or link to Apple or Gmail. I also cannot reset my password. Everything gives me an error message.
Disappointing
For a premium-priced product, the software experience is completely unacceptable. Basic functions should work consistently without needing to reconnect devices or sign in repeatedly. The hardware may be decent, but the app seriously lets the entire brand down
Burn 500$ instead
Completely impossible to use this app to control their flagship light, even if you go through the outrageous tank setup on the app, I cannot believe it.

Imagine spending $200+ for lights that functionally work but you can almost never turn them on due to the app. I hate these lights.
Needs drastic improvement.
This app is incredibly unstable, constantly logging out, constantly crashing, constantly failing to reach data. For the price you pay for Chihiros products, expecting better software and better support isn’t asking too much. Would not have purchased Chihiros if I knew this is what they deemed acceptable.

Cannot add a new tank
All current tank data is gone :( i have to add a new tank, but it does NOT work.
The app loging out has made the light worthless
The app has been logging me out every day this week. When this happens, your light is lost, your settings and timer is lost, your tank is lost. The app never had the best ui but atleast it used to allow me to use my wrgb2pro

Piece of trash
The light is great but you’ll not be able to use it. The app is a piece of trash and you can’t do anything to the light without the app (not even turn it on). Save your money and buy other Chinese junk rather than this Chinese junk.
App developers - there is a country called India. Hire a few people for cheap from there and they’ll do the job of fixing this trash.
