App updated and now nothing works. You can’t control the lights at all. There are literally no features.
Buggy App / some features non-existent
Bought a Series S ver V 450s, came with the pro controller, website showed a dual timer function but its only one timer, so I can’t do a siesta light schedule which is fine. However, app updated last week and there’s a new UI and now nothing works and can’t connect to my light. I lost two fish yesterday because my CO2 kicked on, but my light did not.

When it works
This is my first experience with the app. I just got my lights last week. The lights are amazing. The app when it works is good twin star it seems you have a problem with the app always connecting to the lights. I’m having to reboot my phone to get it to connect. Would love for you guys to look into that problem.

Heaven help you if you have more than one light
Timers reset if there’s a power cut, and it’s currently not allowing me to connect to a second light 🤦♂️
Basic timer feature don’t actually work
The timer on this tank does not actually work. Lights do not turn on/off as set in the app, and instead have to be manually turned on. Support is nonexistent, so you’re on your own if this happens. I was able to get it to work for one week by creating a plant start schedule and saving, but after needing to adjust the COLOR settings for new plants, not the timer, the timer is messed up again. It will also turn on randomly at midnight while I’m sleeping. I really regret this purchase solely because the app is so bad (defeats the whole purpose of buying this light). Chihiros has a much better app.
