Does its job

Hey, it works

Never lets me submit

Never lets me submit my order as well as some of my medications aren’t even listed in the drop down menu. Definitely needs some work to function properly. Please try to repair this app.

Inconsistent

Hardly ever works right

Great app…until you forget your password

I loved this app, until it automatically signed me out for some reason and now refuses to sign me back in. I can’t remember the password I used and the reset password prompt is worse than useless. It sends you a reset link that sends you to a website, not the app, and then won’t let you change your password. And there is no one to contact for technical support. You get what you pay for, I guess.

DexCom coupon

Mom says her replacement coupon from Dexcom never got used. Would you try to see if you can get it to go through today? She says she gave a copy of it already. If you don’t already have it let one of us know.

Great people

This pharmacy is very lovely! Too many other pharmacies are judgmental and rude or accuse you of pharmacy shopping when the fact is I didn’t know that was even a thing! I typically try to stick to the same pharmacy but sometimes they do not have what you need and you have no choice, or the prices, whatever the case. Everyone is NOT a drug addict yet that’s how you are viewed for using a new pharmacy or having to go on vacation with your doctors approval! I can go on and on but I love this place they were all very nice and I will be transferring all of my many medications there! I have to say thank you!

Horrible

Wow this app is so bad.

Pharmacy App

I enjoy the convenience of having my medicine refilled with the app. It’s very easy to use. I would, however love it if there were some way to edit the mistakes or make changes to my own list of medications that I no longer need or get from the doctor. Otherwise I’m happy with it and I enjoy my pharmacy and all the people who work there. I could not ask for better treatment or service. 🫡

Useless

This app doesn’t update refills status. It shows always 0 refill, even after my doctor prescribed the refills for me. It’s useless.

Internal Error

The majority oh the time I try to submit refills I receive an error stating “Internal Server Error Please try again later”.
When I delete prescriptions the next time I login they are there.

Buggy

When it works it’s great. But far too often it doesn’t work. I get error messages when I press SUBMIT to refill my prescription. So irritating. I’d give you 5 stars if it worked consistently.

Convenient but has one noticeable problem

When you refill a prescription that has no more refills remaining, the app tells you via pop up that there is an error filling your script and cannot proceed and leaves you thinking that nothing is occurring. But, in actuality, the app has notified the pharmacy to contact your physician for a new script. So, why is it so difficult for this app to give a pop up notification that states that you have no refills remaining and it will let your pharmacy know to contact the doctor?

Could be worse, but could be a whole lot better

Does this app submit your refills? Yes, eventually. Does it allow you to add additional medications? Yes, eventually. Does it allow you to remove old medications? Yes, eventually. It boils down to this… you have to do every action 3+ times before it works. And even when refill submission does work, the app tells you it didn’t. Check your email to verify! The only reason I continue to use this app is my aversion to calling it in.

Still needs improvement

When it does work, it’s great!
* Refills don’t always go thru. Would be great if a confirmation text was sent back.
* Can’t delete a prescription that is no longer valid
* Need a way to submit a script even if no refills are available.

Pharmacy App

This app would be very convenient and time saving were it not for the fact that it works less than half the time. I try to log in and it just keeps spinning around (loading and reloading). There’s no option to edit your medications by deleting ones you no longer receive. All in all It’s a good thing, however it needs a lot of improvements to help customers with their refills.

Update

Loved this when it worked, however this has not worked for the past three months. Must need an update. Have currently had to call pharmacy for refills. Please update your app.

Love app

Wish we can remove medicines from our list would be awesome because sometimes medicines not needed make our list to long please please make options to remove meds from list

Doesn’t work with new iOS

My old phone, an 11, still can use this app, but I don’t update it. My new phone, a 15 pro max with iOS 17, does not work with this app. It offers me one pharmacy miles away. If I delete and reinstall, same thing happens. I can see my preferred pharmacy through the map function but there is no way to select it.

It sure was convenient to send my prescriptions in through an app but not worth keeping an old phone around. I guess the developers are into the wind as so many are.

Difficult to read

Who chose the light tan background with white text? It’s very difficult to see in the header.
