California CCPA Violation

The application violates California CCPA forcing you to accept non-essential cookies and allow tracking everything you do and share with a list of undisclosed third party companies (the list of cookies collected is not shared so it is a blind “accept all”). And there is NO option to opt out. If you don’t accept then you can’t access the app functionality. Please resolve asap.

Why bother with an app

Was an amazing app but now everything just gets redirected to the website, so it’s basically useless

App and website are both horrible

The KP app and website is so frustrating to use. Dead links everywhere and interface is not intuitive at all. our premiums are so high you would think they can pay someone to make a proper app and website.

Useless app

Nothing works on the app anymore and it redirects you to web browser rather than utilizing the app. Literally no purpose anymore for it.

App won’t open

The app always worked well in the past, now it won’t open

No longer user friendly

I used to love the app, but the new update has made it pretty useless. Can no longer do much on the app. It’s very frustrating.

Ummmm…..what happened???

This was a fully functional app until just recently, and now everything the app is worth using for (appointments, records, etc.) leaves the app and moves you to a browser….why bother even having an app now or using it from a customer standpoint, when it’s quicker just to use kp.org on a browser directly??

Stuck on landing page indefinitely

Stuck on landing page indefinitely

Useless 🙄

Literally what’s the point of having the app if everything I try to do takes me to a website. I can’t make an appointment without going to a website. It makes the app completely useless. Before it was decent but it needed improvement now there’s no point to even have on my phone

Wish everything didn’t get rerouted to my browser

I miss doing things in the actual app. It’s nice to access more now in the app but it’s not reaaaally in the app cause it reroutes you to the website. I wish everything was actually in the app

Keeps Directing you to the Website

What’s the point of the app if I have to leave it and view everything on the website.

Used to be good

The app used to be good but now there is no reason to have it. I used to get and do everything I needed through the app. But now, every time I need to message my Dr, reorder prescriptions, make appointments or anything else, the app redirects me to the internet through KP.org. It defeats the whole purpose of having the app. It sucks. Bring back the app that actually worked.

Stop sending me to browser!

The app is now always sending me to the browser for things like messages and test results. It’s really slow and annoying. Change it back to app native!

FIX THE APP

FIX THE APP

Why?

What does work is fine.
But if you are going to keep sending me to the website the app is kind of pointless.

Inconsistent Interface

App doesn’t handle everything “in-app”, but switches to a web browser and KP website.

The interface changes and a banner covers controls in the message center, blocking access to the “send message” button. I was going crazy trying to see how to make a new message till I figured out I could hide the other banner, which then revealed the button I needed.

This is bad design and should be fixed. Bad for my blood pressure.

Everything else I used seems fine.

Easy to use

This app is easy to use. Meets all my needs so far interacting with KP. Scheduling a visit very easy. Video classes are easy and have stable connections. I have used this app for awhile. I have had no negative experiences.

No in-app functionality

This app used to be helpful, now every link opens up a browser - what’s the point of having a separate app if you have to login again and do everything via the website?

Confusing and constantly changing

Poor software design and release strategy. Look no further than Kaiser. Weird split apps, constantly changing for no apparent reason and sunsetting features at random. Years of this awful and slow app make me so frustrated. Developer: do some real user testing and UX design work please. The experience could be better and simpler. Stop building new adjacent apps like kpmeds and NorCal only stuff. Now the messaging center has been removed and pops out to the website? Honestly who thought that was a good experience? No excuses as Claude could build this full app completely from scratch in a day. The engineers know that.

The most frustrating of all is the poor accessibility support. This is unacceptable and should be treated as a first class service to the app.

Take this as legitimate feedback, not an insult, just frustrated user experiences that never seem to resolve.

There's literally no point to this app anymore

I don't know why this app still exists, it's basically just a bunch of links to kp.org. You can't check/send messages, you can't order prescriptions, you can't check when your appointments are…this “app” is useless.
