Not reliable
It’s been several days now that we can’t access the app. We see a blank screen and nothing seems to going on. We can’t rely on it as we never know whether we will be able to access it or not.
Still the same error. No fix ever.

Earlier it was showing blank page and after few months it worked fine, now again showing just blank page for the last three months

Does not work
This app was good. Now it's not working. You cannot even register.
Terrible
Sometimes it works. But when you really need it to work to check your balance or make a purchase, most times you’ll just be greeted with a dead white screen.

Pls fix app urgently. app says to enter a valid number. When it is inserted still have the error

The app opens for less than a second, and then the screen goes blank! Whoever coded this cr@p should be fired!
Completely useless
If I could give zero stars I would. The app doesn’t even work. It loads and then the screen goes white and nothing happens. Truly pathetic

Worked for a while but now all it shows is a blank white screen no matter how many times I restart the app!

Very bad app. The app open with a blank screen. After reinstalling the app it says enter a valid enter number. Fix your app.

Icons like ‘history’ and banners that don’t appear to actually be clickable… very limited functionality

They didn’t register my payment via internet banking.
After 4 mails, 2 visits and 3 claims on Emtel App, stil no answer and no ticket number on the app...
