Multiple Receipts are hard to sublit
For some reason I cannot submit multiple documents or receipts for a transaction. It is ridiculous. This will be last time opting for a limited FSA with Flex. Flores was way better.
The app is fine, it’s the account I despise
This flex account is infuriating. I have to verify every single purchase I make with my flex card. I had a different flex spen account with my previous employer, and I never had to do this. I will not be using g flex spend next year for my insurance.
Fix the OTP input
App seems to work. OTP inputs are much more difficult than almost every other modern app…no auto-fill from text messages & keyboard switches back to letters after each numerical entry.
Code sent
Everything requires a verification. And for some reason when a code is sent it doesn’t come up on the auto click so I have to go over to my messages and memorize the code. Absolutely atrocious design.
Terrible card, why even use it
I use the card and was told it would be easy but I still have to chase down receipts? If the vendor is franchised and is under a different billing name it’s a pain. If that’s the case what is the card for to begin with?
