Chat

My payment went smoothly, but something needs to be done about your chat option. Why have that option if it doesn’t work. I’ve waited over 10mins for someone to talk to me and it never happens and I’ve tried this multiple times. Please remove that option if it’s not available, it’s very frustrating.
