I wish the bill pay was sent out a little sooner, I sometimes worry about my payments being late.
I do try to send them out asap when I get them, but I still worry.

Simplicity is the key
It would be easier if the app would be simpler. There is too much on the home page. Too crowded. Keep it Simple is what I would do.
New update
Downloaded the new update and now the app does not work at all it just shows the back screen and it won’t load anything

I HAD to update my app but after I did, it wouldn’t do anything therefore I can’t check my accounts! Thanks for nothing!
Ease of use.
The My FSCU app is very easy to use/ user friendly, even for beginners or anyone of any age or experience with digital content/ banking! Depositing a check with the app is a breeze also! Plus tge app keeps a copy of/record of your checks you have previously deposited.

Hacking issue
I have been a member closer to 40 years and the last 5-10 years I've had too many issues with account/debit card being hacked, having to delete card and order a new one. Other credit unions I'm a member of print cards on site where yall do not and it causes many issues waiting on a new card. Another issue is limited transfers each month. Things could be improved

I love they have an app for sure! I wish it would show in the balance sections or deduction area the amount left in account under and after each transaction like some credit cards do. That would make it 5 stars! Otherwise no complaints!
