Prescription Scanner is Gone
Why remove the best feature? Where is the scanner ?

I’m not exactly sure what the point of having this app is. There is no way to track prescription refills, no personalized account information stored, no way to accurately tell if a prescription is available to be refilled yet. I mean I can just call in a refill guys. The only people finding this app great is technologically inept boomers who are too ignorant to know any better. Do better or get rid of this embarrassing attempt. I would be ashamed to put my name on this project tbh.

Pharmacy not found
This app has been subpar since the beginning but since the update 2 months ago it has been unusable due to the pharmacy I use not being listed as an option. I cannot refill a prescription without having to call them directly which is a waste of both my time and the pharmacist’s.
Once a great app, now useless to me
I loved using the My GNP app—it did everything I needed, without fail. That is, until it forgot my pharmacy existed. I went to refill a prescription, and it brought me to a map screen telling me to choose my pharmacy. My pharmacy was not on the list. I went physically to my pharmacy to ask if they’d discontinued support of the app, and they looked at me like I had two heads—they knew of nothing that would prevent my normal use. I deleted and reinstalled the app, with no change.
I have no choice but to rate this app one star, as it has gone from a mainstay to being of absolutely no use to me.

Does not work well
I received no notification reminders for taking my medication. I also received no notification when my prescription was filled. The only thing that works is the refill option. But I don’t like driving to the pharmacy two days later to find my medication was out of stock and not refilled. They sent a notification but I do not receive it.

No more SCANNING
Apps should improve with new useful features. The scanning is gone. Now I have to enter a bunch of numbers from a bunch of prescriptions. It looks like the developer just completely gave up on this app.
Broke! Fix ASAP
Now an opening, I haven’t asked for your pharmacy but when you put in a ZIP Code or city, it says not valid fix this I use this all the time. This is a joke.
Won’t give Pharmacy
Loaded, reloaded after deleting and even had someone share it to me but still will not let me select a pharmacy. Says to enter a valid city/state or zip code. No matter what I enter it says the same thing.
Unusable as of 3/16/2025
Since adding the option to choose a location for a refill, the app does not progress past that screen, and you cannot refill your prescription anymore. This app is functionally dead and will push patients to online pharmacies, harming MyGNP affiliates.

If only the scroll box for selecting refills from saved Rxs was taller, making it easier to read and select refills.
Please add a check box for “auto refill” when a Rx is added to the saved Rx list.
Everything else this app does is great!
Makes it easy to recall when Rxs were filled and the Med reminder makes it easy to remember when to take various different Rxs.
I like the barcode scan feature that prevents typos from entering #s and drug names, etc.
Overall a great app to get and use.

Not great
This app wants you to add every Rx into it. It should allow me to validate my identity and see all my Rx rather than type everything in manually
Very basic
This is a very basic app that does not allow you to log in and out to be able to view your prescriptions. It is such a hassle to have to enter the information manually when it could be uploaded into the app

Needs Improvement
You dont have a profile where you can see your medications that you have taken and the new medications that are being subscribe. This app needs improvement
Doesn’t work
I’ve been using this app a good while now. The past year, this app seems to be having trouble communicating with the pharmacy. I enter my refill request and the pharmacy never gets it. This has caused me a day or two without meds.
Only good for ordering refills
No other updates are available. The saved list is just a list of past refill requests. There is nothing here to manage or communicate about medications.
Needs much improvement
I am always running here and there and I depend on apps to help me keep track of things. This app is great, in theory, it but it could be so much better!

It would be sooo much better if I could but some meds on auto refill but this app does not offer this option. Also, it would be nice to see some more details about each prescription, i.e. 30 days or 90 days supply, etc.
