I love the Vanderbilt app! It’s easy to use, quick update, efficient communication with nurse/doc… it’s such an amazing app and make busy weeks seem less hectic!

After a 23-year military career, I have TriCare for Life coverage for copays.

Indispensable!
I absolutely cannot imagine handling all of my appointments, medications, and communication with my doctors’ staff without having the app. I’ve had to do it before, but this is easier, faster, and gives eme access to the doctor’s notes, things I need to accomplish, and reminders about medications that need to be refilled. I’m able to complete pre-visit forms, surveys after every visit to communicate my satisfaction or dissatisfaction, and I have my list of meds with me at all times.

Test results aren’t prompt anymore 😢
I used to be able to get test results in my portal in just a couple of days. I had an MRI last Monday morning. It has now been a week later and I still don’t have results!!!😣

Love this AP!
During the past couple of years, I had to get my humorous bone replace with a cadaver bone, undergo chemotherapy, and had tons of appointments to keep up with. I couldn’t have done it without this AP! I absolutely love it. You can look up current, future and past appointments, message doctors, get test results and keep everything straight! Can’t do that with chemo brain! :) in PT and doing much better now, thanks to Vanderbilt and their caring staff.

Worth Learning
It’s been worth the effort to learn the efficiencies of the My Health at Vanderbilt App/Portal. Messaging provider(s) is the most efficient tool, at least for me. When this is coupled with one who accesses multiple healthcare institutions and each use the Epic platform, the coordination of care is made all the more easier. I highly recommend My Health at Vanderbilt and the Epic platform in general.

Text book
This app takes the worry out of appointments, meds, consults and everything else related to the Vanderbilt system of health. For people under 50 yrs, it provides a concise overview of the patient profile and for those over 50 the ease of operation navigating the system is a definite high mark.
Slacking
I went thru the process of filling out a request form to find out my blood type and never heard anything back.
