as requested and it rejects its own directions. I wonder if they lock people out to satisfy their cruelty to users. This site needs a total revamp and become user friendly!!

Latest update broken ‘add to calendar’
I quite like the app for booking shifts where volunteer. However some desktop functionality is missing.
Last update broke ‘add to calendar’ function on my phone and iPad.
Awkward to have to log on to laptop to do it.

This app doesn’t work on iPhone or computer. Unless there is something the volunteer group has to do on their end that makes the opportunities element available, you can’t do anything but log in. When you try to report a problem, the page doesn’t exist and it says leave a message with no option to do so.

Instructions for help lousy so if you do sign up and are not able to get to it cancel is not an option so laying guilt trip on you avoid it.
Broken
Tried to access the Better Impact app website and it doesn’t load. So I downloaded the app, but all it does is display the logo. Nothing else happens. I sure hope this organization gets a good developer soon.
Change the colour please

Worst app ever
This app is horrible. I absolutely cannot login. It updated and all I get is a blank white page that has several links, such as close and log out! Nothing about schedule or opportunities or anything else! I’ve never had to contact my Volunteer organization a few times and at one point they were able to get it working for me and then you all updated the app and it doesn’t work at all! I’m hoping my Volunteer organization can get this fixed so I can continue to volunteer, but I’m actually ready to give up as frustrating as this is! Why not make this use of friendly so people can volunteer? Ridiculous. Whoever does your IT doesn’t seem to have a clue about what they’re doing.

Add to Calendar Feature
The add to My Calendar feature is not working now since the change in the apps appearance. It’s a great feature that has been available in the past. Please fix. Thanks.

My app never worked or lemme see anything it would only show loading screen😕
External links no longer work!!!
After the latest release, none of our external links work from the app now (including the actual button for ‘Help’ from the app). Before they would open up in the phone’s default browser when clicked.
App Crashing
My app keeps crashing on iPhone 16. I didn’t have this problem with my iPhone 12 mini!
The worst app I have ever used
Title. This app is filled with glitch, bugs and lags a lot. If the app developer is seeing this please fix your app ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!
Ugh
I HATE using this app, but it’s the only one used for volunteers at my local shelter. I’m constantly getting booted off the app right after logging in. It happens to everyone where I volunteer. The only thing that fixes it is restarting my phone (or ipad). That gets old fast. Please tell me why there have been no updates in 2 YEARS??

Home Page Glitch
I love My Impact on the web browser but unfortunately it is a bit glitchy on the phone app and the Home tab pops us as blank rather than showing the content.
[Files] button disappeared from the Main Menu
Why was [Files] button removed from the Main Menu? It was critical to my functioning.
Crashes 50 percent of the time
When it works, it works. But half the time it doesn’t.
