WONT LET ME DO ANYTHING WITHOUT PAYING

This app is already horrible. I say this because I can’t even go into the app unless i pay. What if i was depressed and I really needed this app. This app shouldn’t be that you have to pay just so you can use it, if your really trying to help people, kids, and teens like myself.

The child has to have a phone

The app looked good but didn’t get to try it because the child has to have a mobile phone to use it and she doesn’t have one. Messaged the team got no response

Response from developer

***Updated responce:*** Hello again, After taking your feedback into account, we’ve now managed to incorporate a new setting into the latest version of the app that allows for a child profile without a phone number. The app’s content is still tailored to each profile, so your child will go through sessions to work on their particular struggles, while you as a parent will get advice and tools on how best to be supportive and helpful. Once you’ve created the child account, you can simply toggle between users when you take turns at using the app. We’ve also made sure that you can still add a phone number to your child's account in the future, so that they can log on to their private profile from their own device, if need be. With your previous problem now solved, we hope that both you and your child enjoy the therapy sessions and mindfulness videos on the app! Best, Team MiM ***Jan 12th 2021 MYiNNERME wrote*** You are absolutely right! We are working on a solution where children without a mobile number can benefit from our teaching courses on difficult emotions too. Using phone number as verification is not working for all children. We aim to have a feature ready during the spring - a bit like Netflix where you can change your profile. Then the child can use their parent’s phone or their iPad. We hope we can help your daughter by that time. In the meantime, you might want to listen to the parenting exercises and learn how to support your daughter. Best, Team MiM

Efficient help for a troubled young mind

The App has given me valuable insights into the at times difficult emotions going through the mind of my troubled youngster during his move into adolescence.

Thank you MyInnerMe, for helping me understand my child through one of their toughest journeys in life.

Keep up the good work and I’m looking forward to even more courses being released!
