Needs serious work!
No facial recognition or password retention feature makes this app incredibly clunky. And the lock out feature is awful. It takes me 4X as long to pay a bill with this app than it does for any of my other bills. Please consider revamping this app to me more user friendly.
Not a very good App
Everything about this app makes me d despise the insurance industry even more. You’re better off calling them directly than using this app. No password retention. Can’t add a second policy. Nothing can be “Verified”. Just one bad app

Constant glitches in the software make it virtually impossible to make payments. Today it’s the “captcha” that won’t work. I’m so fed up.

No password retention
I would need to open this quickly and easily if I was either pulled over or in an accident, but there does not seem to be any Face ID or other login retention. I will have to save the password somewhere else in the phone so I can copy and paste it into this app.

Sooo difficult to work with and try to pay a bill!!! Asks for policy number every time…why isn’t that stored in the app after I submitted that info when I downloaded the app. Very difficult to work with…I’d rather send my payment by pony express.

Paying bills used to take seconds. Now it take 5 minutes
This app used to be great for paying bills. A recent update now has you verify your email every time you log in. When paying your bills, you are brought to a website where you have to manually type in our policy number. A payment process that used to take seconds, now takes five minutes.
Doesn’t work
Go to verify with my six digit code and all I get is please wait then technical issue please contact administration

The desktop tool has a lot, and the app displays the functions well. Great updates recently.

Can’t even sign up for the app because it asks a security question and there’s no way to submit it. The button never changes from “item” in the top right. Fix this crap.

Like entering a time machine
App does what it’s suppose to, but it’s not optimized for larger iPhone screens. (I’m running a iPhone 7+). No support for using the camera to fill-in the credit card fields as well. Knocked off a star because of the lack of modern & optimization features.
