No notifications
For the past several months or so I haven’t been getting notifications from the app about when I have to change my trays. I tried deleting the app, and it worked for 1 cycle then never sent any more notifications. This is extremely frustrating, and the whole reason I even downloaded the app to begin with. Please fix!!!

Nice features
The only feature I ever use much is the smile tracker, but it is really interesting to see progress. You can really see the difference, which helps you forget about the annoying parts of having to wear Invisalign.

This app is supposed to be trivial, all it does is track the aligner schedule, completely trivial. Somehow they managed to take something a 1st year student could build in an afternoon and completely fail at it.
The app keeps expiring login sessions - if Gmail and Facebook can keep you signed in on a device for years then Invisalign sure can too, this isn’t exactly a banking app that needs extra security.

Good, but.
PROS: Calendar that helps you keep track of your Invisalign cycle, reminders sent whenever you program them to be sent, app easy to get used to. CONS: The calendar and the reminders aren't that useful if you are organized. You just know you change on that date. The camera is kinda useless, as long as you ask people around you if they see a difference. FINAL JUGEMENT: Good overall, but can be useless in some cases.

Has one job, doesn’t do it
I only downloaded this to keep track of my schedule and for reminders when to change the trays. At some point it just stopped working. I had to delete and reinstall multiple times, but it keeps failing to send push notifications. Maybe it has something to do with the constant pointless updates and auto logging out. Good thing my treatment is almost done because this app is useless

Ok App when it works
App has constant updates for some reason - all it does it track time and try to sell you stuff. Everytime you update it, it resets your account, makes you log in again, and the timer doesn’t notify you when to switch. Basically it’s useless unless you never update the app. Other apps don’t log you out when updating.

When I first got the app I could change dates and days with ease. I’d get notifications on time to change my aligners. But now, they have the wrong start date all of a sudden, I don’t get alerts no matter what I do and it keeps signing me out. Clunky app!! With good idea.

Try TrayMinder Instead
The app keeps resetting my wear timer. Started once or twice a week snd became a daily problem. The timer doesn't work great to begin with. I've switched to TrayMinder and already a million times better. Over Invisalign, the app and their products.
Terrible
Doesn’t even do what it’s supposed to do. It randomly logs you out of the app every day and loses all of your timer/tracking data for the day. You could more easily track your time worn with a simple pen and paper. The rest of the app is a sales pitch for a product I’m already paying thousands and thousands of dollars for.

The way the timer is implement greatly sucks. If I forget to turn it off I cannot enter the time that I actually remember for that day immediately after turning it off. I have to wait until the next day when I no longer remember how long I had the Invisalign out. It has made it a useless feature that I no longer use because it is an ineffective user experience.

Highly practical
No Response Ever
I ordered whitening serum in June, it’s almost the end of August and I have sent numerous emails and reviews trying to get this company’s attention. They came cracked with one serum specifically having nothing left in it because the serum seeped out. I have emailed 10+ times since then to get a refund or replacement. I sent many photos of the damaged product. To this day, no response, no money back or replacement. Essentially wasted my money because I could not use the product as there was none to use. Absolutely awful customer service.

Super helpful to start
I just started and immediately hopped on the app. The videos, the timer and shop are so easy to access and have in one place. I also love that I can get accessories and my welcome gift with discount code. Already made this intimidating process feel better.
