Better than braces
They’re better than braces. Easier to clean than braces. I thought the app was a bit of a way to interact w your dentist but they are not communicating back so im a bit confused because my dentist isn’t easy to reach so it could just be my dentist. Lol. Either her personnel are is too busy or lazy but i like the Invisalign. I like that i can clean my teeth soooo much easier.

New Aligners
I just received my Invisalign’s & started them last night and slept well with no pain, woke up with minimal pain and no headache, hoping as the months go by the pain will stay minimal. Today I start a the full day with them on. Thank you Invisalign, I look forward to see how my teeth look after treatment is over. Granted They do feel weird in your mouth but it’s to be expected. Good luck to me

I like this app because it reminds me all the time when I need to change My Invisalign but I really wish that it would be more clear and have better time options like custom time options, and etc., and ways to purchase more chew things for your Invisalign and more ways to clean it and places to buy it etc.

My Invisalign app has really helped me keep track of these new aligners. The scheduling and timing helps me to keep track because I want to get the best results as fast as possible.

App developer should start from scratch with AI
Thirty minutes wasted trying to watch a treatment video Invisalign sent me. Total and complete waste of time. Since the developers don’t know what they’re doing, perhaps they should let AI create the app for them. At least then it would work.

Keep logging out itself, reminder to change aligner never work
Bad timer UX
The way the timer is implement greatly sucks. If I forget to turn it off I cannot enter the time that I actually remember for that day immediately after turning it off. I have to wait until the next day when I no longer remember how long I had the Invisalign out. It has made it a useless feature that I no longer use because it is an ineffective user experience.

Please fire your app developer
This app is totally useless. Do not download it. You can’t even hit submit or use any of the CTA buttons in the application because whoever developed this doesn’t allow the native keyboard to disappear and so the keyboard floats over CTA buttons. Its 2026. Whoever on your team approved this UX should literally be penalized for allowing this.

Don’t get reminders anymore
I don’t even get reminders of when to change my trays out. That’s the only reason why I even use the app. It’s so frustrating.

It no longer allows me to modify how many days that I wear my aligners
It no longer allows me to modify how many days that I wear my aligners. This has been getting really confusing and I've had to start manually tracking this because I can't change my schedule.
Wouldn’t recommend
This app is slightly annoying. It has constant updates and it doesn’t send the reminder notification to switch your tray if the app isn’t updated. I have unknowingly missed the time to switch trays because I didn’t know the app needed to be updated…I recommend writing your dates you changed trays and keeping track of it yourself in your notes app, on paper, or a note for yourself on the reminders app

My reminders use to work and now it doesn’t remind me to change my Invisalgn anymore. Don’t rely on it to remind you. I missed yesterdays 🫠

Buggy, Bad UI/UX
This app crashes, locks you out, forgets what state you’re at, and loses photos. The UX is horrid with no understandable user flows.
For my kids I’ll be getting braces or finding another technology. Anything but Invisalign. It’s obvious, based on feedback from so many users that this corporation doesn’t care about quality or customer retention. Tell your dentist to move away from this inept business.
