I loved the app till it stopped notifying me when to change
Needs a Widget
Love the app and especially the fact that I can keep track of how long my trays are out of my mouth, but it would be great if there was a widget for this app that would make it that much easier to view without opening the app. Hopefully they’ll make this available soon.
Gives wrong dates for changing liner every time
I’ve reported this several times. For liner change photo submissions I will immediately get a response to like this “change liner in 7 days” then it gives a change date 14 days later. It then changes the dates in my tracker to wrong dates.
Considering the response I get is immediate- this must be an AI program. Really sub par clinical care.

App sucks
The app is awful the whole process is a pain to deal with
Worst app ever!!
Don’t waste your time on this app!!! The sign up process was a nightmare!! Full of glitches and issues!! And when I was finally able to complete it, I only get a white screen!! No matter what I do!! I tried reinstalling the app, now it won’t let me log in saying it cannot connect to the server!! Even the contact us screen doesn’t work!!

Glorified Shopping App
There’s nothing that this app does that you can’t do with the native calendar/reminder and timer app on your phone. I don’t know where I got this idea, but I thought since the app requires a patient ID, I’d be able to view my 3D scans, progress timeline, etc. Nope. You have to input your tray number, your prescribed wear time, take your own progress pics, and set the timer for when you take them off. Things that I was already doing without the app. Also, why is the ‘Shop’ tab before the ‘Me’ tab? This is just one giant data collection app. I got FOUR different terms and service agreement pop ups before I deleted. If you want basic common sense “tips” that any professional dentist/orthodontist should have already told you or if you want Invisalign to push their products in your face while they sell your data then this app is for you.

Don’t get Invisalign
I actually dropped them in my lemonade and they evaporated
Keeps messing up my non-wear time!
It often keeps my time from the previous day, or will already have a countdown going when I first open up the app. One day I woke up at 7am and it told me I’ve had my aligners out for 4 hours. Doesn’t make sense. I’m officially trying a new app today, this one is too finicky.
Timer stops
The timer always stops. I need an app that will keep a running timer. Not one that stops as soon as my phone screen goes black.
Fix Your Watch App or Delete It
Tracking non-time on wrist is a great idea, but the tracker stops whenever app is not active on top of other apps. I started the tracker and reopened it 30 mins later, it resumed tracking from 00:10 the time I left. What made it funnier is, for example , if the phone app tracker is at 30:28, and watch app tracker is 30:10 (because of the watch app design issue) , I pause the tracker on watch, then the phone tracker is synced to 30:10. Please, developer, test your watch app yourself and fix it. I’m not a developer but I suggest you try to make your watch app a Live App or something, so the tracker could continue work in the back, because I believe no user would be willing to constantly tapping the watch to keep your app active during non wear time. If you can’t fix it, please remove your app from store.

Better than braces
They’re better than braces. Easier to clean than braces. I thought the app was a bit of a way to interact w your dentist but they are not communicating back so im a bit confused because my dentist isn’t easy to reach so it could just be my dentist. Lol. Either her personnel are is too busy or lazy but i like the Invisalign. I like that i can clean my teeth soooo much easier.

New Aligners
I just received my Invisalign’s & started them last night and slept well with no pain, woke up with minimal pain and no headache, hoping as the months go by the pain will stay minimal. Today I start a the full day with them on. Thank you Invisalign, I look forward to see how my teeth look after treatment is over. Granted They do feel weird in your mouth but it’s to be expected. Good luck to me

I like this app because it reminds me all the time when I need to change My Invisalign but I really wish that it would be more clear and have better time options like custom time options, and etc., and ways to purchase more chew things for your Invisalign and more ways to clean it and places to buy it etc.

My Invisalign app has really helped me keep track of these new aligners. The scheduling and timing helps me to keep track because I want to get the best results as fast as possible.

App developer should start from scratch with AI
Thirty minutes wasted trying to watch a treatment video Invisalign sent me. Total and complete waste of time. Since the developers don’t know what they’re doing, perhaps they should let AI create the app for them. At least then it would work.

Keep logging out itself, reminder to change aligner never work
Bad timer UX
The way the timer is implement greatly sucks. If I forget to turn it off I cannot enter the time that I actually remember for that day immediately after turning it off. I have to wait until the next day when I no longer remember how long I had the Invisalign out. It has made it a useless feature that I no longer use because it is an ineffective user experience.
