I would have given them a 6 star if itās possible. Reliable, efficient and very convenient, located right at our house. We have been using their services since we moved here almost 2 years ago, and we are now their fans!! Prices are competitive (much cheaper than the previous one we used) and cleaning results are even better. Moreover, whenever we do dry clean, free cash credits will be given and you could use it to offset your next wash. How convenient! Highly recommended to everyone!

Dodgy payment arrangement
NOT recommended. Payment via their credit topup method only and youāre essentially forced to topup by given amounts of $20, $50, $80 etc. Eg if your bill comes up to say $25 youāll have to topup at least $40 - so you waste the balance amount of $15 unless you engage their service again (for which you waste the balance again unless you calculate the cost just right), rinse and repeat (pun). Additionally credits expire in 90 days from last use of their service - clearly a short time frame to force you to use their service.

nice APP, terrible service.
They basically just donāt care about the quality of cleaning and hoping that their customers are all nice nice ppl that can accept their clothes in any conditions. Using staplers directly on the labels of clothes, sending back an even dirtier luxury skirt and saying that they have tried very hard to clean, itās your fault to made the skirt dirty (which I swear I DIDNāT)??? No compensation at all, just full of ridiculous excuses.
Idk why thereās no contact when something unexpected was happened during the cleaning process? They just leave it as a āsurpriseā for you to discover when you open the lockerš

Shirt went missing
Recently used the service. Had a designer shirt dry cleaned that went missing and had some cheap shirt delivered instead.
Very happy with the service
Been using them ever since I found their service. Shirts and suits are well pressed. Very convenient to place the order and make payment through the app. Pick up and delivery through the digital locker system is a delight and available 24/7. I usually place the dirty garments late at night (after mid night), and collect them back clean 3 days later. Joyce and team are always friendly and happy to help. You guys are AWESOME.

Have been using their services since last year, probably more than 10x times now. Easy to use app - from collection and delivery to credits and payment. Love it! I would have given them a 6 stars if itās possible! Never have a problem, and they donāt charge extra when I need to starch my husbandās shirts or dry clean and iron our clothes. Since they have arrived at our condo a year ago, we have been using them regularly. As they are located right at our condo, and available 24/7, itās really convenient for us. We no longer need to carry our clothes across the street or wait for the opening hours of the laundry shop. We now normally put our dirty clothes and collect them clean at weird hours (~1am :p)
They also give extra cash credits and additional rebate when you use their service. Well done team! Thank you for introducing the smart way of doing our laundry! ššš

STAPLES IN MY JACKET
I recently used this service to get my jackets cleaned. Upon return the jackets had 5 staples punched through actual jacket, the staples are so close together upon removal the holes were large and visible. I contacted them to let them know, they emailed back to say, it was due to new staff making a mistake ... if you cannot take care of your customers clothes to have them returned with holes - I think the least you could do is to rebate or refund the cost of cleaning. Shouldnāt the company show more responsibility?
Iāve tried to contact the company again and they have chosen to ignore my email.
If you want and expect better customer service and your clothes not to be damaged, do not choose this supplier.

Honestly My Locker Laundry is amazing. My building has one of their lockers and I can literally just drop my dry cleaning off at night after work and itās ready for me 2 days later looking perfect. Also, itās cheaper than my previous dry cleaner and a lot more convenient, so why would I not use them all the time? I am definitely one of their fans now!!

How it works: Place your dirty laundry into one of the empty lockers at your condo, then place your order on the app. Itās simple - just 2 clicks on the mobile phone. When they pick up your clothes (the next day), you will receive an SMS and email notifying your shirts are collected. After 2 days, you will receive another notification on SMS and email to inform that your clean clothes are ready to be collected together with your 4 digit password, and you can collect your clean and pressed shirts right at the locker at your condo anytime at your convenient.
Pricing: highly competitive - in fact, a lot better than other shops. Dry clean a shirt at $4.50, dry clean a dress from $6.50. You also get discount when your order is more than $20 per order.
Turnaround time: about 3 days. I havenāt tried their express service but I think you can collect it within 1-2 days if you choose express service.
Available where: right at my condo and a few other condos - check it out if itās available at your apartment.
