Contact Support - Select Policies The new contact support form streamlines the user experience by eliminating the need to manually enter policy numbers. Users can now select one or more policies from a dropdown menu when creating a support ticket. Improved Marketplace Loading Experience Enhancements have been made to reduce the waiting time when users click on "Buy Now" in the Marketplace. Enhanced Claims and Requests Loading Improved the performance and user experience when accessing the “Add/View New Claims” or “Change Request” pages.
