Doesn’t do anything
When I download it on my iPhone 17 pro max it just shows the name and does nothing else. Please fix.

So apparently we aren’t members anymore according to the app….funny cause we pay every week for insurance. Can’t even access any information which means the app is useless.

This is a terrible app. It does nothing. When you click on the claims it just loads continually. Their website does the same thing. I thought the app would be better than their website but I was sadly wrong. Fix it!!!
Very Limited
The application’s only use is to show links to the internet and the internet’s web page is slow and barely responsive. I used to always call and would receive negative tones reminding me to get the app to answer my questions- terrible recommendation. The “over the phone soso ” customer Service works better.

I cannot even view my card or set up an account.
Useless app. I can’t set up a username, password etc, so I cannot find out about any possible coverage for insurance
